WOW!! want to try it. But I have locked BL. Do I need to unlock first?? :crying: and using cwm if I install ROMs, do I lose contacts and data? (noob question) :silly:

Obviously you lose them. But they are restored from Google itself as soon as you put back yourgoogle account and sync it. :good:

Thanks added. but do I need an Unlocked BL for this? I have backed up my TA partition but still it's a tough decision to lose the DRM keys. :fingers-crossed:

To tell you the truth, I haven't seen any loss of productivity by unlocking the bootloader. Videos are still crisp. Walkman sounds just as good. Gracenote works fine.
All in all, I would suggest, you back up and let it rip.
If you see any problems, go back to stock, lock bootloader and restore your TA partition. Problem solved!

as i am a noob i am little nervous seeing comments in these two threads.

You will always see comments from people who dont know what it what.
Supercharger scripts has made my Home not re-drawing whenever i have a whole lot of stuff running in the background. Also battery consumption is extremely low. I will post screenshots after a couple of days when the battery will have done a couple of cycles.

And I think it's big. More bloatware could be deleted.
The Rom is fast.

It's not moded rom with the themes. It's moded with some tweaks. So screenshots are almost like on stock.

Does it need an unlocked bootloader ??

In OP he said that Flash a CWM based Kernel. It means it needed a Unlocked Bootloader. Because we cant flash Custom Kernels in Locked Bootloader.
