Does anyone need some new devices because I have a list of some that are in real need of cm7/cm9/cm10/android 4.x. I cant make any roms because I dont have a ubuntu pc but I do think that everyone should get a upgrade, LIKE THESE DEVICES:

I wanted to ask how safe is it to root it ?
My rooting purpose is for using the cif manager application for accessing network from wireless.
If there is an other way to do it I wanted to learn them also.

Your in the wrong device forum, this is the first gen Galaxy Tab, has nothing to do with the Note.
On XDA there are many GUIDES on how to port a rom. But I wanted to ask is it possible to port Xperia or Sense rom for Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-9100. For exmaple there are Xperia phones that use arm7 CPU and Mali 400 GPU that Galaxy S2 have. If its posible can you tell me whats the best tutorial or way to port. If I port the rom will the system sony apps or sense app full work on s2? Thanks for the help. I would like to ask if there are any kit kat roms for samsung galaxy s4 i9500 & samsung galaxy note 10.1 as i have both and wondering if there are any custom roms out there that i could install on my devices.

You should really search before posting... Try the android development in s4 device db. As i9500 is a exynos based processor and Samsung keeps the source code unavailable for devs, new roms or AOSP rooms are difficult to come by... However you can find some work on progress
