MY SITUATION:
My brother has a Pandigital Supernova, from what I've been reading isn't licensed by google so it doesn't have the google play store. I'm trying to force the play store onto it WITHOUT rooting it because it is not my device.
WHAT I HAVE DONE:
Downloaded the Google Play Store APK 3.10.10, and Google Play Services 2.0.12, that didn't work.
I tried installing GoogleFrameworkServices.APK 2.3.7 but I can't find a download link and I can't extract it from my phone.
I however did manage to get the OLD android market onto it by following this guy's tutorial:

QUESTION: IS THERE ANY WAY SOMEONE CAN SET ME UP WITH A PACKAGE OF APKs TO INSTALL AND A TUTORIAL ON HOW TO DO IT TO GET GOOGLE PLAY WORKING ON HIS TABLET WITHOUT ROOTING IT?
i bought a HUAWEI G610S-U00 from china . i just want GAPPS to support in it .
i tried downloading and installing the google service framework.apk file and installed google play .....the framework.apk file is is not responding and google play shows ''cant establish a secure connection' at the time of signing up time..
please tell me what to do????????????????????????

Download a Chinese (I think) app called GoogleInstaller, then install google services and you will have the Playstore. You will be able create a google account, download and install Gmail etc from the store. Using MoreLocale2 you can add languages also.

I have an Android app on Google Play. I would like the user was able to install old releases apk packages directly when some troubles occur with the official one on Google Play.
I need to know which safe and secure websites/services allow me to have an account so the users can download the apk packages. I would like to have an account on more than one service, for redundancy purposes. (Note: my app is not open-source)

Some apps simply weren't updated since WP7.8 times, so they won't work on your phone anymore.
This is why you can't download them.

LOL LOL did you even try open "new" apps via web marketplace.... here try it http://windowsphone.com/s?appId=63c2a117-8604-44e7-8cef-df10be3a57c8 and explain me how to download offline installer...
This still works (setting to Nicaragua region ), Thanks ! The Pebble Notifications app was updated in 7/11 my last updated version I have was 3/25, I hope it's a big improvement...
It's not DRMed so it can be side loaded, it's what you need to use a Pebble Watch (not the Time) with Windows Phone with full notifications !

Yes, but how do you install them? I have old apps downloaded from Microsoft web store and I can't install them now. Neither those downloaded with the site you mentioned.

You can install latest version of apps in WP8.1 by this.
I don't know about windows10mobile.

did you rename downloaded file to .xap format??
eg:
Downloaded file from wpsnatch would be like "b91a1f3c-abc4-4eac-b979-146573125b54". You have to rename it to "filename.xap".
then copy to sdcard, open store ->"..."->install local apps.
Deleted account to change to new one and all was good until I tried using Google apps now I just get a continuous checking info loop
I can use phone just can't use any Google apps or play store .
Any ideas I'm using 5.1 rooted device .
Tried clearing caches
Because device is unsupported by backups I can't use a backup
Like twrp etc
New account is active old account was deleted .
Any ideas ?
Found a fix that worked for me so in case anyone has similar issue here's how .
Go to apk mirror site using browser and
Download Google services checker and Install apk .
( You may have GS installed as I did but it was way it of date )
If it's it of date follow link in app back to ask mirror site ( Sooey guys didn't know I couldn't post links yet )
And download the correct version free your device .
Install and that's it hopefully you will be able to log in or create new account .
