[VRT][THEME/MOD] Nightmare On S Street [22/07/2013] - Galaxy S Advance I9070 Themes and Apps

Hello community!
Intro:
Since most of my threads have a small story, this one has too.
Well, I woke up last night and had this idea, like a picture in my mind, a Lockscreen with Blood-Like Clock and Blades following your finger when pressing the screen. I told my friends about a new Lockscreen that I was going to work on today, but not what it was going to be like. So, I started working today[22/07/2013] and I managed to finish it today. :victory: Though it's nothing more than .png and a bit .xml editing. But I think I overdid it with all that blood. That's it, I hope you like it!

Thanks to:
Jan Stverak from PSD Tuts+ for the Blood Text Guide.
Tiny bug:
When you spin those Sawblades with your finger like crazy, you will notice that the Sawblades are not perfectly alighned. Maybe they are a bit rusty.
Notes:
The Life Companion text has nothing to do with the mod! I just forgot to remove it after taking the screenshots for my Fake Lens Flare Lockscreen mod.
It's just for fun! I don't think that I'm going to update this theme/mod. Except if you have any ideas. If yes, read the next note.
If you have any ideas on how to make it better, feel free to share that idea with me.
The name was found "randomly".
Do NOT use this mod without my permissions! If you plan to use it or just make a thread to "share" it with people in other devices then please ask me for my permissions. :good: If I gave you permissions to use it, you may NOT give permissions to other users for them to use it too. (True story) Just redirect them to me. I will be more than glad if you do that. :good:

Amazing, I liked it too much... will apply here :good:

Thank you for this. Nice theme.
Just wanted to let you know it works for trigger 2.8 as well but the clock in the notification bar stayed white. Is there a file that i can flash or a morph of just the clock where I can get it black?
Just flashed this and really like it. Love the colors. The batt is white on mine as well and I'm running bionix 1.3.1. Would love to be able to change the clock cause it's hard to see.
I'll check that for you, It's wierd i'm on Bionix and it stayed black for me hmmm i'll try to figure it out and post a fix
I'm glad someone replied i was about to take it off due to no feedback :-/
Thanks for checking on it. I'm glad I saw this. it's an awesome theme!

More than likely your clock issue is related to the services.jar file, pull the services.jar from your phone and you should be set. Other wise this is a good looking theme, not my flavor but well done none the less.
TY sir that's the problem
Def not for everyone but hey we can never have to many choices was having a groovy kind of day and said what the heck lol
I'll upload the fix in a little.

More Icons!! (Glass, inspired by DiniK) Updated 6/12/2012

UPDATE!! 6/12/2012
Here's my very first contribution. I hope someone can use them. They were inspired by DiNiKs Glass icons from the windows days. As of now there are 1,024 in the zip file. More will come!!!!! I use folder organizer to select the icon for the home screen. If you need help ask! I am still a noob to an extent but I've received so much from this community its time I started trying to give back!!
In the zip there is a blank so you guys can make your own. I made all them with Gimp Photo editor.
I AM TAKING REQUEST! PLEASE POST THEM HERE IN THIS THREAD. THANKS...AND DONT FORGET TO HIT THE THANKS!!
Please post yours here for everyone!
Please post screenshots as well!!
Please click thanks if you download and like them.
AND....Please give credit if you decide to use them in any of your published works!!
ENJOY!!!!

EDIT: To answer a question from a user over on The MikMik site, "Is this zip flashable?" NO, it is not flashable. The icons must be applied using Desktop Visualizer, Folder Organizer or a like app from the Play Store. Sorry for any confusion.

Oooooooooh,....Very nice!!!
I was a major DINIK fan in the old days and loved his work! This would add a nice touch to my phone! Thanx!!!
You sir are VERY welcome! I was a huge fan too, of his and RipTides! The clear, color and glass made my phone the way I felt it should have been out of the box!

Very nice looking icons, very nice for a first contribution. Hope to see more from you. I know icons can be a monotonous task, I've probably made a million myself. Keep up the nice work.
Here's a zip of icons more Riptide style, been using and making them since Color & Clear. There's 426 in there, same instructions as OP to apply.

Jeff, wow! Nice to hear that from you! I'm familiar with your mods from my EVO. You and riptide were the reason I signed up for Badseed customs! What ya doing these days! Again thanks! Any tips for me or suggestions?

Glad everyone seems to like it
How do you install this? I went to sdcard/TWRP/ There was not a THEMES folder so I created one and it doesn't work. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I got it. You have to create a folder for "THEME" spelled correctly. It looks good and seems more responsive. Thanks!
Just installed it on my CM9 nightly 1/6/12. Running perfectly.
Thank you.
Very nice. As the post above states, I had to create THEME folder in sdcard/TWRP/ with Root Explorer and place the file there. Works great!
Well done! Just installed on my TP, tried installing on my Kindle Fire CM9 as well but unfortunately the KF's 1024x600 res cuts off the home, back etc. icons.
Can this be converted to that resolution? Thanks for sharing this.

I really like this theme...
If i wanted to edit it the font and background for this to make it personal then is that straight forward?
Great job, took some time last night and loaded up the TWRP and im quite impressed with the ease of use and YES no more toggle of volume button!
To top it off, you offer up a skin to make it all look great!
Kudos to the players and shakers who keep my Android based HPTP running smooth and looking good!

Yeah pretty much, just change background.jpg to whatever pic you want, same with TWRP fonts, but if you use a font with a different size, most of the text will have to realigned as well....
Love the new look it gives TWRP, thanks for sharing! :good:
Does using a theme allow me to skip the splash screen?
Love it!!!!
Sweet theme

[APP]Walkman Light[UPDATE:10/31/12]

Hi, I have seen that many have had the problem that your Walkman Light does not work with other music players, saw another thread and the user Alex00 published a script that makes light work (but permanently), following this script code have done a beta application that I posted in a comment, but better late and get it to the most users did this post.
To run the application you need to be Root

[App] Galaxy Reboot Tools

Galaxy Reboot Tools
This is a little project I have had done for sometime now and now it is time for some feed back. It is just a simple app to reboot ect and some other cool stuff to go along with it.
Also this has been tested on the Note 3 Note 2 and Galaxy S 4
I would like to thank fernando sor and pvyParts for all the help these guys give. They are some amazing guys and I love working with them.
Download link (Download from your computer the link isn't working on mobile atm thank you)
http://www.blownco.com/index.php/doc_download/13687-com-dfuse06-galaxyreboot-1-07-12-13
I will give my opinion.
It was nice that you tried to compile the frequently used features of a phone into an app, but these features are also available in the phone itself (pressing power button, volume keys. etc.)
What you could do though (as a suggestion) is to have a very useful widget that has all the features that you have in your app. It makes it more accessible especially even in the homescreen.
As i said...this is only an opinion and a suggestion.
Hope it helps in any way.

Well sir widgets are in the plains for this app,and some people that flash Roms a lot actually like not having to put the strain on there power button all the time. For me now that I've built this app I've use it all the time. Plus learning how to reboot the phone into recovery has opened the door for other apps I have coming soon. Thanks for the feed.
