So, from my understanding of how the icons work, the color of the arrows indicate use.
My S4 started showing my wifi and 4G icons constantly, but somehow the bartery life is better than before somehow.
Am I reading the icons wrong?

Freeze it with titanium backup or you might be able to disable it in the app manager in settings

You will have to search for sac23 s5 note 3 rom I can't post a link to it ...mods won't allow sorry it's on another forum
