I seen a picture showed a galaxy S3 i9300 with android 4.3 with this build JDQ47.I9300XXUFMGQ , is that leak out or not yet?

There is no leak from 4.3 yet, which doesn't mean it makes it fake, but I saw the picture and the weird thing is that it says 4.3.0 and not 4.3 and the kernel is compiled from months ago, 19th of feb...
