From your software number I think that is a phone with Asia WWE CID (known as India), and here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2267998 is a thread with stock ROM's for it, but a newer version.
Otherwise, search google for RUU PRIMO DS and choose a ruu with Asia WWE in it.
If your phone is not with India CID, you will find a bunch of RUU's on different pages, so choose the one is for you.

So after nearly a year of costum roms , i would like to go back to stock rom, problem is i have got this phone when i was visiting in dubai, and now i can't find the good RUU for my phone !! i have looked everywhere the official RUU for the Arabic version and it is not available , anyhow i was wondering if anyone here know where i can find the RUU for the Arabig version (CID: J15), or if someone in this powerful place can get his hands on a recovery image from an arabic version (since i know no one from that area who can help right now)?
if there is no way of finding the RUU or a back-up image of the phone, does anyone here have any news about a S-off or any other way to get another version of the stock rom into my phone??
