locking and screen off - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello!
I have a problem. My S2 came back from warranty, my processor burned or something and they couldn't see that I had root so I got a new processor on my phone, free of charge.
I used a custom rom. Now I installed it again and when the screen goes off by itself I cant turn the phone back on. The lights oh the keys turn on but the screen doesnt. But if i lock it by myself its okay. And when I take the lockscreen option off, it reboots. But after trying it with a lot of other roms it still happens! What's going on? Can anyone help me?

[Q] mini pro probably stucked in boot loop

Hi guys,
I have a problem with my x10 mini pro. There are some similar posts here but nobody exactly describe what is happening to me. So my problem:
One day i have been in subway, phone working properly everything fine. THan suddenly 3G icon has disappear and wouldnt go back. So i decided to restart the device. But since i turned it off, i cannot turn it back on again...
I have tried to take out the simcard, take out mempory card, multiple time reflash by SEUS but still cannot turn it on.
I cna charge the phone with no problem, i can flash it with no problem, but i cannot use it at all.
When i press power button, phone shortly vibrate as he is turning on, than display get a bit brighter (not white, just lights up its easy to notice from profile). and than after few seconds get black again. And like this it continue until it drains battery, only without vibrating. every cca 5 seconds display light up and than get black again. So i guess its rebooting all the time. I have tried all tricks like pressing power+home button, still nothing.
I think i just need really wipe out the whole phone and flash it again. Is it possible somehow? I feel like reflashing by SEUS is not real hardcore flash, is there anything stronger i can try?
I am willing to try anything if anybody has an idea, since its not working anyway so i dont care what i try.
Thanks for advices !

need help screen is blank

Hi,
just dropped the TB and battery flew out but nothing seem to be broken. The phone turns on and the lower buttons light up but screen is blank/black. Sometimes the back light is lit but nothing comes on. When I call the phone, it rings. Any idea to how to fix or is it gone?
The one year is not over so I guess factory warranty is still in place but it is rooted. can I unroot if I can't see the screen?
TIA

Strange problem with my i535 (vibrate pulsing)

so to begin with as much info as possible, this began yesterday when I noticed my power button was unresponsive. I tried issuing it to turn the screen off and turn back on, but nothing. So I held it down and eventually was able to force restart it believing the device was just being unresponsive. The next thing I knew, it wasn't turning on and it was simply "beating." By beating I mean the phone is off, whenever the battery is in, it just stays on a blank screen, it might load the samsung logo, but ultimately it is a blank screen. Something extremely strange is that though the phone is off and unresponsive the damn thing is pulsating. As if it had a heart beat lol, but it just vibrates every 3 seconds. Has anyone seen or heard of this? My research and found that the typical problem is a faulty power switch which is what I'm being led to. I found suggestions, none work. There is one I have yet to try. It is this one, /watch?v=3Glllc7bEJs this is quite an extreme solution that I dont mind going to since I am due for an upgrade any how. I just want to remove a lot of important information that is on this phone before I upgrade. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
TL;DR
Phone wont turn on, blank black screen with phone vibating every 3 seconds. Potentially power switch, Need help recovering data.
Thanks!
EDIT: The problem is called a "boot-loop"

[Q] Xperia u screen wont turn on

Hi community.
I'm so scared, I dont know why but my xperia u screen wont turn on.
I was in a party and my phone was fully charged, one of my friends asked me for the time and when I wanted to unlock my phone with the unlock button it wont turned on....
I tried taking out the battery and turning on the phone the same night, and it turned on, because I felt the vibration when the phone turns on but the screen doesnt turn on, I charged it all night and still with the same problem.
The touch screen works perfectly because i can do actions like hearing music because I know where the icons are, but the screen wont turn on.
Can you help me? What can i do? Did the screen died? I dont know beacause my phone was in perfect state
Same thing happened with me.I went to service center and it was solved.

Is it possible to hard brick an android phone that has a completely stock rom?

My Galaxy Alpha was completely stock and I only had a few 3rd party Play store apps installed. I had not done anything to the phone, no rooting (was unlocked from factory), no odin, no recovery mode, nothing.
I charged my phone overnight and used it when I got up. I left it on top of my bed and left the room.
I came back to get my phone and my wife said she found it under the blanket and that is was warm.
I looked at my phone and I saw the blue notification light was on. I hit the power button to turn the screen on but the screen did not respond. I reseated the battery but my phone is a brick.
Wifi was on and the phone was set to only update firmware on wifi but my phone was also setup to kill wifi if the screen was locked.
I will get a new phone but I would like to get my stuff off of my old phone.
Thanks!

Looks Like A Hardware Damage :/ Probably problem in display (Completely Turned Off) Due to short circuit or may be another reason but i am sure it is not a software side problem
