I guys,
I only had PIE, Xposed App & App Settings, OTA Updater and Superuser to the settings menu. Replaced the old clock for the 4.2.2 clock and deleted some apps. I didn't do anymore. Flashed the rom and wifi tethering doesn't work
I really don't know how to solve the problem. Please, can anyone help me please?

My brother installed a new ROM on my phone and now I can't tether with my Samsung Galaxy Tab. This happened before and I had to go in and delete a program but can't remember what it was called, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
TheBrainsRom on SSpeed Kernel Xperia U Failing to broadcast SSID on Tethering
I recently installed a new Custom Rom "TheBrainsRom" on the SSpeed Kernel v3 on my Xperia U. All was fine until i tried to turn on the Tethering. It shows that it is tethering but then it doesnt broadcast. At times, the Status Bar also gives a force close issue.
My question is that is there anyone else going through this problem? Is there anyone who could tell me if this is usually to do with the Kernel or ROM handles such functions independently. What could i do in order to avoid having to reflash the device.

in Germany we got the offical Update from Samsung, the XWLSD for 4.1.2..
The only thing what is missing here, is the shortcuts on the lockscreens. On my first try to flash the new FW over Odin i got a strange thing. I had a CSC error and with this error i got the shortcut option for the lockscreen. But the system was not stable and i flashed new and cleaned the system.
Now the shortcuts are missing and ive got no option for them in the lockscreen settings. It seems that samsung dont want this nice option for us in germany :/ .
Is it possible to activate the shortcuts on a other way? Would be awesome when we could get it on the XWLSD.
I searched for this problem a lot, but couldnt find anything that goes in this direction, and im not so safe in modding the system by my own.
Hope someone could help me/ others with this problem in the original FW from samsung.
Bueller? Anybody? I have the same issue. No shortcuts on my GS2 lock screen, and no option to add them. Stock 4.1.2 XWLSD rom for Germany (DBT), rooted using method one in this post, with Nova Launcher. I've tried using the TouchWiz launcher and still have no option to add shortcuts to the lockscreen.
I thought I'd stick on the latest v15 of Ripper ROM today seeing as I hadn't updated for ages. I did a full wipe and installed the ROM, however when I use the bluetooth toggle in the notification bar I get a force close on System UI! Anyone got any ideas or is it a bug in the ROM? Unfortunately I can't post in the dev thread yet as I don't have enough posts!

I'm a noob to posting but I'm on XDA a lot. I have a Galaxy S3 i747 that I recently rooted. I use TWRP, ROM Toolbox Pro, and have a backup of everything. While in App Manager, I accidentaly sent my stock dialer to user apps. I see the icon in my app drawer so I know its not uninstalled. But I cannot get to it in ROM Toolbox under user apps to switch it back. Since then I cannot connect to the network as expected. I flashed CM 10.2 to see if that would solve my issue...it has not. I can receive incoming calls and SMS but cannot call out. I was also unable to flash Gapps. PLEASE HELP!
Disregard...flashed a Stock 4.3 ROM and it solved all issues.

I don't know if anyone of you is facing this issue or not
Whenever, an update comes in my phone I do the installation and stuff and when I re-root my device, the clock widget on the homescreen changes itself.
I'm running on latest MIUI Dev build for redmi note 3 and I use ZCX TWRP for the root and stuff. X-posed is present too.
This wasn't happening until I'd MIUI8. Changing the themes doesn't change the clock widget either. I've got some screenshots of before and after rooting (after the miui update through zcx) so that you guys can see and possibly look for a solution.
