Im trying to create a ICS Rom for the Galaxy ACE. I know very good lot of script languages but only for developing games. I think y can do a rom very easily but i dont know how. Can someone help me.?? Thanks. Im sorry for my bad english.

Wrong section friend and since Nexus 7 is aosp (my friend with n7 says it is aosp so this isnt my personal experience) flashing an aosp rom might one of the solutions

I dont think even in MIUI u can move your app in SDCard.
try IHacker MIUI, it is a good rom for daily drive.
