Well I finally did it! For ZTE Warp Sequent N861 stock based / deodexed B11 ROMs at least.

Guspeed & Dustinb - these were their icons I based this from
Eclipse - for the inverted Play store & Blue Calendar
Team Blackout - for inverted Hangouts,Google Now,Gmail, & YouTube
Team LEGION-MODZ - for their support in other ways and in XDA Community

Junkie2100 - for help making JB 4.1.2 available to everyone

Features:
- Shows sent time instead of received time.
- Removes 7 sms's to mms automatic conversion (now 100...good luck sending a 100 sms text lol).

Only thing i would have done to complete the theme, this is how i have seen others do it, i would have themed apps especially root apps and stock
example
playstore in blue
superuser in blue
email in blue
etc
Not saying anything bad cuz this theme is staying on my phone. DD
