Hello,
I would like to know the best In Ear Earphones/Headphones below the price range of $35.
I have tried JBL J33 but it is too heavy and falls off easily.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks.

For those of you that have the Jawbone (www.jawbone.com) you are probably like me and don't like the ear "gel" that comes with it. My personal favorite is the ear gel that comes with the Jabra headsets. Well, take the one that came with the Jawbone off and put the one that came with the Jabra on. It fits great and also allows the sound to channel right to your ear like on the Jabra. I can now say I'm totally happy with my Jawbone. Just needed the right ear gel adapter. Hope this post helps others out there. ;-)
Does Jabra gel fit exact as Jawbone one? I am have same problem as you with Jawbone.

It fits very snug and doesn't "rotate" like the stock one that comes with the jawbone but it fits. I went to Jabra's website and ordered a pack of gels just for my Jawbone.
If you're concerned and you have a buddy with a Jabra. Borrow one of the ear gels that he's not using and give it a try for yourself. I think you'll be happy with the results. I've already gotten replies from others that have tried this and everyone that has tried it is happy with the results. One of my buddies even uses his Jawbone without the wire that goes behind the ear. His stays in his ear without the wire since he's put on the Jabra ear gel.
Interesting And I gave out my jabra

You can order a kit of the gels from www.jabra.com, they are cheap. I ordered two sets to have spares.
http://www.jabra.com/Sites/Jabra/NA-US/pages/Search.aspx?k=Gels
Do you have the model number of Gels you ordered?
I searched on Jabra with Gels or miniGels and their site shows nothing.

This is weird. I ordered them directly from the website but now i can't find them. I have to head out for a little while but I'll search again when I get back and try to get you the part numbers. Damn Jabra keeps changing their website. Leave it along JABRA...leave it alone! LOL

I found my order. The item number, description and price are as follow:
13059, Jabra MiniGels, $5.50
Hope this helps. Not sure why I could no longer find it on the site but I purchased it directly from Jabra. I ordered two kits for myself.
Just looked over the invoice. Jabra is using Hellodirect.com for their sales site. I just checked Hellodirect.com and they are there. Just go to the site and do a search for the item number 13059. The page will come up for you.
ltxda,
Thanks a lot.
I will check it out today.

Looks like it from the pics. I hope they work for you.
I've ordered them, just in case...
But I find the Jawbone fits comfortably with the oval shaped gel supplied, and stays in my ear without using the earloop.
I'm liking it so far.
Different Ear Gel Mod
I just purchased a new Jawbone and I too think the ear gels supplied from Jawbone are horrible. My problem is not comfort, it is that these ear gels do not seal off the ear very well and let in a lot of ambient noise. It works fine in a quite room but add some ambient noise and it becomes very hard to hear. I have a Jabra and I tried the ear gels from it and I could not get the Jabra ear gels to fit at all. I think it is because the Jabra's speaker faces 90 degrees different then the one on the Jawbone. I need an ear gel the faces directly into my ear, not sideways. Maybe the Jabra gel works great for some people but everyone's ears must be different. I tried something else that worked great for me.
I took off the supplied ear gel and bought some heat shrink tubing. I cut off a fairly short piece and fitted it over ear piece where the original gel should go. After heat shrinking the tube using a lighter, I ended up with a fairly small diameter tube coming directly out of the Jawbone speaker. This ended up small enough that I was able to slide the old ear gel right over the top of the shrunk tube. The tube now coming off of the jawbone speaker is a similar size to the one found on many of today's in ear headphones. I ended up taking one of the gels off of a set of headphones made by skull candy and slid it over this new tube. Now I have an ear gel that fits very snug into my ear canal and does a great job of eliminating ambient noise. It does not come off the Jawbone at a right angle like the Jabra gels do. I love the way it fits and I can wear it all day.
I am looking to buy 3.5mm earphones for the wing, what do you guys recommend?
Don't know about the ones they sell right now but I bought some cheap Sennheiser earphones and they're cheap and sound simply amazing. Mine are really good! Do you have a usb-to-3,5 mm adaptor? I bought one on Ebay so I could use my Sennheiser. The HTC headset is horrible not like the original headset of HP which is pretty good but it doesn't fit.
Lol, I use a pair of $7 specials from Wal-mart. They are panasonics with a decibel range of 15hz-25khz. Whereas the standard is usually 20hz-20khz, so not a bad find I guess.
in my opinion sennheiser is the best producer...
not cheap but best quality!

Compared with my Universal, the headphone cord is thicker and more rubbery, but so far I've found the little plastic bag that the universal headphones came in to be the best place to put the tp2 headphones.
What solutions have other people found?
(posted from train on tp2)
i stick them in my pocket. if you need further details let me know.
Ok, so what's your plan when it's summer there?
Belt pouch or bum bag.
Belt pouch for when at work, bum bag for when I'm not. To quote the meerkat.com advert, "Simples"

I keep my crappy headphones in the box it came.....who needs it.... get a bluetooth head set...much better....and no crappy stupid wires....so 80's please.
I found a great solution to keeping my headphones; since the headphones that came with the TP2 are ...crap - uncomfortable in the ear, annoying cable, irritating PTT button - I've sent the 'new' headphones off with my old TyTN II and kept my original TyTN II headphones instead.
...Simples!

I'm confused. Do you not have pockets in the summertime over in Germany?
I have to agree with the bluetooth headphones idea. A cord is annoying and my bluetooth headphones just hang around my neck.

Revolutionary: are you using breast pocket in a shirt or jacket or at your hip in jeans or trousers? I've found trouser pockets to be better since they tend to be looser - what about you?

Never heard of FKK?
No seriously, the headphones are so thick and rubbery, I just can't imagine putting them in anything but a big coat pocket. And then only if I didn't use that pocket for anything else.
Anybody have this Bluetooth speaker?
On ebay they are 10$ cheaper from same seller.
thanks!

Its a tin can....with a cheap speaker on one end.
I've got a Veho360 bluetooth speaker which is the same thing but a plastic casing instead of metal.
Sure its a cheap speaker in a can, a very small can.. But it also gets pretty darn loud, and sounds surprisingly good for what it is. Plus, it cannot be beat for portability/quality of sound.
The Veho's are available on amazon typically in the 30 dollar range.
I've thought about ordering one of these before just because of the color options, and the metal casing.
This looks ok?

you can probably score a pair on craigslist depending on the size of the city you live in. Looking in my area I see them going for 45-110$. 45 sounds pretty good.
$55 shipped and mine are yours. Brand new. just got my Rezound last week. I have too many headphones the way it is...don't need to crack these open.
