update. now im back on stock 20F but when i boot my p769 the lg logo is mirrored how to fix that. I already used (cat /sdcard/external_sd/v6.bin > /sys/devices/virtual/input/lge_touch/firmware
reboot) its fixed my screen and touch but it didnt fix lg boot logo.
The mirrored image I only got rid of by using fastboot and flashing the stock jellybean boot. Img. It did not go away after a kdz flash back to 20f and even after flashing the proper boot image I had to flash the cwm ts fix.

Hi guys,
a have a big problem. Just unlocked my HTC Evo with the unlock method by HTC and installed the Leedroid CFW (newest). Because a had problems with my wifi I flashed the wifi-fix fromm xda. Still didn`t work for me. Then I flashed a new kernel (Anthrax) and now I have a bootloop. tried everything (flashed the stock kernel, flashed a new rom, tried to put back to stock rom by flashing the RUU from Europe....). Nothing worked for me. Any ideas?
Could anybody help me?Bootloader works (fastboot included) but it doesn`t start at all.

Download this =====> http://downloadandroidrom.com/file/H...otevo3dnew.zip (no need if you already have fastboot/adb files. If you are gsm user, there might be different files)
Download any ROM or use any ROM that you have.
Download a superwipe tool ( or you can manually wipe everything from recovery).
>extract the "rootevo3dnew.zip" you downloaded above in "C:\" drive.(So it should be like "c:\rootevo3dnew\*.* ")
> install "HTCDriver3.0.0.007.exe" from it.
> open the ROM.zip (that you want to flash) with winRAR/7z and copy the boot.img from it to the rootevo3dnew folder.
> open cmd prompt ( press the key between "alt and fn" and press "r" then type cmd and hit enter)
> navigate to fastboot folder ( command : "cd c:\rootevo3dnew")
> boot phone in bootloader
> select fastboot
> connect to PC (phone should say fastboot-usb)
> type command "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
> now type "fastboot boot cwm-4.0.1.4-shooter.img"
> Phone should boot into recovery ( make sure the red LED is lit up)
> now flash the superwipe tool.zip(or wipe everything manually from wipe menu in recovery)
> and then flash the same ROM from which you pulled the boot.img.......
Hope this helps...........

If you are unlocked using HTC method then you cannot flash any kernel directly from recovery. You will have to use fastboot method our flash image GUI app or bout recovery using fastboot then flash kernel.
If you flash any kernel directly from recovery you will have issues with wifi,4g etc.
Hope this clarify hope issue..........
Did the steps above but phone doesn`t boot in recovery menu. It boots to HTC Logo and then stops....

Are you sure you have tried this?
"fastboot boot cwm-4.0.1.4-shooter.img"
Is the bootloader still unlocked?
Phone started directly with OS. No recovery. Have the Insert Coin 1.0 running. Shall I boot phone in recovery menue to flash Insert Coin 1.0 again (after a full wipe) or shall I flash Insert Coin 1.1 (update) without reflashing the 1.0?

Use the recovery worked for you/Download a recovery that works for gsm phones and put it in fastboot folder.
then boot into boot loader....... select fastboot........connect to PC.........open command prompt........navigate to fastboot folder..........type "fastboot flash recovery xxxxxxxxx.img" xxxxxxxxxx is the name of recovery....
Then type "fastboot boot xxxxxxxxx.img"
then wipe everything and flash another ROM........make sure while flashing/wiping from recovery the red LED is lit up.
Ok seems to work. How can I S-Off?Is S-Off needful?
im in the same spot he is but now my bootloader says locked at the top but s-off still. I just cant get the commands to work on pc to try to use fastboot.

You are in luck my friend I am on the case. Okay this is what you need to do.
Note: Steps 2-6 are needed if something goes wrong with the update.
1.
a. Extract the stock recovery from V20A indian (look at my signature). Hopefully you have the V20A kdz already.
b. Place the extracted recovery (should be labeled "3-recovery.img") into the stock_recovery.zip and flash inside cwm
c. reboot, this will take you into the stock recovery and complete the ota update.
2. Download Lelus Fastboot
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=41768774
3. Install the omap4430 driver twice (in to different locations). This is has to do with fastboot.
Help if you have problems installing the drivers http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=44578108&postcount=34
4. Place cwm recovery image (name it "cwm.img") inside here "c:\fastboot\yours"
5. Right click on start.bat and select run as Administrator
6. Select option #1 (fastboot) and issue the following when everything is operation properly.
Code:
fastboot devices
fastboot erase recovery
fastboot flash recovery cwm.img
fastboot reboot
not needed you have cwm recovery, actually you will need the above (lol) if the update doesn't go through properly.
I'll add some more info, hold up.

Do you have stock recovery img ?
Extract the stock recovery.img first (from the kdz V20A). This happened while doing an ota update right?
Once you have it, we will continue the process.
CM 10.1 P769
LG L9 is totally unbrickable phone and it is told many a times before by me and everyone.
If you keep a cool and follow things in this post and few instructions from others from this post, you can still flash any LG Stock Rom on your phone and recover it.

What if you tried vol+ and home button? At boot?

you probably didn't relock the bootloader before using the RUU
if bootloader is unlocked, relock it (fastboot oem lock) and try RUU again.
correct RUU >> http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/ruu_m7_...3_10-38j-1157-04_release_334235_signed_2-exe/

I was unable to flash recovery on my p768 because i used to get security error. problem was that i had a jb rom, and i was flashing the ics uboot and xboot for fastboot. tried with the jb option, and it worked.
Hi,
I flashed V20D on my P768 after recovering from some weird other problems(hidden message below). Now whenever i try to flash recovery using fastboot or flashify, i end up with a security error. I have to flash the stock recovery to make it normal again. (backed up using flashify)
Hi,
My p768 has an unlocked bootloader. I was running CM10 on my device. I tried to install MIUI from this http://en.miui.com/download-197.html .
Once the installation finished, my phone got stuck at the LG logo. I couldn't enter recovery. I tried to flash recovery again using fastboot. I did that, but ended up with the security error. Then I tried http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2585161 this method. After i flash the uboot, boot and recovery, my phone is unable to go to the sw upgrade mode. The lg logo comes, but the distorts into different colours, or some white lines come up, and i am unable to do anythng with it. This is what is happening--
https://www.dropbox.com/s/5jnm5p1b54eig7w/VID_20140811_161421.m4v
Could anybody please help me out with this?
Any help would be appreciated.
EDIT--
I managed to get it working using online upgrade.
The phone has a 20D firmware.
The problem now is that I can't install recovery. If i flash any recovery using fastboot, the phone boots up properly, but if I try to go into the recovery mode, i get the security error. And then it stays. To recover, I have to go to fastboot mode and push in the recovery being used here 'http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2585161'
I also tried CMahendra's latest way to root the device and install a recovery (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2779985). Even this led to the same security error thing.
I am trying to flash a different KDZ, but once i press the button to start the upgrade, the software crashes. Also, I have a new version of the LG tool.
EDIT--
I was doing the shttps thing wrong
But now i have a different problem. Whenever I flash recovery, I end up with a security error.
Flash ics u-boot and x-loader in fastboot and again you will be able to go into s/w mode.
