[Q] Modaco Switch - T-Mobile HTC One (M7)

Disclaimer: Figured this is a question, I searched and didn't see anything related to our version; Mods, you are welcome to do what you will with this.
Has anyone tried MoDaCo SWITCH on the tmobile HTC ONE? I'm really interested in this, it looks like it's just for the international version, but wanted to know if someone has tried it first.

I just installed it on my own T-Mobile HTC One. So far, it works without a flaw. This is very exciting.
Just follow the original instructions from MoDaCo.

Why don't you dump your fuze's rom then upload it for everyone else. That way, you help yourself and others.

Kraize: I have an ATT Fuze and would like to have the original ROM just in case. Can you explain what is and how to do a dump? Is it like a backup of the OEM ROM?

Yeah I have the same question. I used the Sprite on my Fuze but I am not sure if thats the same thing as the Stock Htc Fuze Rom.
Also if you unlock your phone with the code is that software or hardware?
Thanks in advance..

[Q] Thunderbolt and SynergyROM install question

Yes, I have already read and seen this post:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=16723135&postcount=7531
I rooted my Thunderbolt using revolutionary a couple of days ago, so now I'm looking to install my first ROM.
Looking at the step-by-step guide above, the installation seems very straight-forward. I just have a couple of questions.
The link to the radios/extras is down. What radio should I download, and where can I get it? Do I need to install a new radio to use this ROM?
Thanks.

Depends on what your stock ROM is.

How would I be able to find out?
Everything I have on my phone is still the same. The only thing I have done was root my phone.
I have the Gingerbread OTA update installed, that has the 2.3.4 version of Android on it.
I don't know if that's adequate information, so please let me know what you need and I'll try my best to give it to you.

ATT HOX+ and Intl HOX+

I haven't used an HTC device (for myself) in MANY years...
Could somebody please point me in the direction of a clear concise explanation of the differences between the AT&T HTC One x+ and the International One x +?
Once rooted can ROMs etc be used from either version?

from what ive searched and read...as well as previous SUCCESSFUL rom installs.. roms stated for ONEX+ and HOX+ INT. work for each respectively..
so as such, you CANNOT use roms specified for HOX+INT FOR onex+att ...or vice versa..
i learned the hard way myself... that or just screwed up recently...
radio
block points
that's it, you CAN flash an international rom on the AT&T only IF you change the script
but it's pointless as wifi\bluetooth\audio\ril
wont work
hope that helps

*edit if you have any more Q's feel free to throw me a pm or reply or whatever*

Thanks mate.
Am I misunderstanding, I thought I read that the bootloaders could no longer be unlocked and which tool would be best for the AT&T version for rooting?

as far as i know that's not true......i have not heard of that...if you got the android sdk just use that, it's really straight forward. A Baby could do it tbh or you can use hasoon's toolkit, it's in android dev.
*woops edited i put original dev and not android dev my bad *

[Q] Where can I find the stock 5.0 upgrade to install using TWRP?

I have Android 4.2 installed on my Galaxy S4. Since I rooted my phone as soon as I got it, I never got any OTA updates beyond that. But now I hear that Android 5.0 (Lollipop) is out for my device, and I want to install it. But all I can find are custom ROMs, and I don't want to install one of those as then I'll have to do a factory reset, which I just did a few weeks ago and I'd rather not have to do all the setup again.
Can someone please point me to where I can find the stock ROM update downloads? I'd like to keep root access after flashing, so let me know if there's anything special I have to do for that.
Thank you!
AFAIK, it's not out yet for our phones.

That's a shame; maybe I read wrong. That being the case, where can I find the latest one that is out?
I'd recommend this ROM, based on stock ROM with limited debloating and a few nice tweaks. There is a link in the first post to the completely stock ROM it is based on by Jkruse if you want that.

It does not have the hot spot toggle.

Actually Redflea's post is what I'm looking for. I said previously that seeing as Lollipop isn't available yet, I'd like the most recent one that is. Thanks though.

I just flashed that ROM and it seems to work perfectly! Thanks a lot!
EDIT: Does anyone know how to mark this as resolved? I'm new here.
Posting this here in case anyone else is looking for the same thing and finds this thread: Lollipop is out now, and someone has posted what I originally asked for here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...ment/rom-i545oc1-5-0-1-100-stock-mdk-t3097902
I haven't tested it though; I'm waiting for one that's been modified in the same way as the one posted earlier in this thread. If anyone knows where I can find one, please post the link!

Modem and ROM versions, why are they different for this phone?

So I've been on a slim-stock rooted ROM (I believe this one) of OB1 variety (Lollipop 5.0) and figured why the hell not update to the newest 5.1.1 base since I've been back into phone stuff trying to get my dad's new T-Mo S4 all freshly rooted and updated .
I was thinking of installing this OJ4 (5.1.1) ROM but then noticed that the current modem/kernel/stock .tar files in this wonder thread here say NH4 is the newest version and there's no mention of neither OJ4 nor OB1...which made me have an utter "WTF" moment. Why doesn't that list have either of them on there? My phone's current baseband/moden is OB1, which is what one'd expect from a OB1 ROM without its modem separately updated...but why are NEITHER of them in that list??
Someone please tell me I'm not the only one who finds that downright strange or could help shed light on this mystery, thanks!
TL;DR= Trying to update to OJ4 (5.1.1) and not sure if I have to THEN update everything I can to NH4 after the fact.
Bump, anybody?

Probably because that thread has not been updated.
Here is the official firmware update list from T-Mobile for the S5. You can search for custom builds of those if you like.
Sorry, can't post links yet.

Thanks okay. There's a reason they coined the phrase "brain fart". Sometimes something so simple evades you!
