but after i reset my desire x , it come back to stock android.policy.jar ?

You must replace it through recovery until disabling HTC write protection ( or S-OFF ) even you are rooted.

You have to flash the modded files from recovery or the changes won't stick. If you want I can make you a flashable zip.

Idk about making a patch, but normally look through the kernel developers kernel source (should be public and up to date if kernel is publicly released according to GPL).

u can also tell which ROM you are using.....
Stock rom is most stable rom till the date and minimum bugs....
If you feel on stock rom clear your app cache and don't install any single app...

Cod rom.. For me im using ussr 6. its fast.. bugs at settings menu and could not really work how to install a2sd.. anyways wrong section again. There's Q&A section.. please post questions there or just search

Uot mods work on deodex files coz they are not split in two portions. After you install hasoons Rom, you can upload three required files to uot kitchen and do whatever mods you like including battery,icons, transition anims and other stuff.

Thank you for sharing this, already wondered if uot would work with deodexed sense 4 ics roms.
Edit: in the uot thread I read there in the second post:
You can use kitchen with stock odexed roms (if you have .odex files in your rom - kitchen works for you too)
