Any idea how we can do this on P769? I can see them, but the Emoji Keyboard app doesn't work for actually trying to use them. I'm stock rooted on V20F, if that helps. I've also tried that thread floating somewhere around here, it doesn't help either.
Look for jelly bean keyboard(because i love this stock keyboard) and handcent emoji on play store. Then use emoji by holding the enter key on bottom right corner. I'm using Google keyboard right now, i only use emojis when necessary so i switch between keyboards holding space button.

Update: its kinda unresponsive. Unless that's just my touchscreen, but I don't think so. I'd like it if you did upload that emoji keyboard.

Flash in recovery. Make sure you back up your rom first. Check it on in the language and keyboard settings. Can someone post a mirror?

I am really interested in trying this but scared on the time it would take to fix if I don't like it. Also what would this take to make it flashable?

You should be able to just long press on the back buttton and the tag will pop up on the left side of your screen where you can pull and see all your icons that you can use for your multi screen.

You have to delete the. Bak file that is created when you edit it otherwise tweakbox will revert to the .bak

Ok, long time flasher and sometime helper, but this mod is kicking my tail!!! Can I get some help please? I change dpi using romtoolbox pro to 240. I then move the jar file and system ui and reboot. I go into cwm and fix permissions and reboot. No luck with it rebooting. I am on beans build 4.
If any of you have any ideas, I would love to hear them.
You placed system/app/systemui.apk and you placed android.policy.jar in system/framework correct?

Correct on both. It requires me to overwrite the files that are being replaced. I am wondering if it is because of CWM fix permissions and not twrp. Which did you use?

That's weird because this will work at 320dpi. It completely changes the UI bar...there's just alignment issues at high dpi. Like you shouldnt have a regular ui bar at all.
Let me see if I can make flashable zip
Also just curious you don't have qemu.hw.mainkeys=1 in your buildprop for the softkeys do you? It should be 0 or non existent if you've never fooled with it
I use twrp try it without touching permissions

I am wondering if there is a current ROM available that has PIE AND the ability to remap the buttons on it instead of the default (menu, recent, search, etc).
I believe it was Paranoid Android that had that feature but it looks like that thread isn't being updated. I also tried PACman ROM but didn't see any way to change the buttons.
Thanks in advance!

Just Google LMT. Download the apk. If your rooted, install it on any rom you want. You will have the options to change the button assignments. I'm running it on the Eclipse touch wiz rom. But like hexitnow said it's baked in to Hyperdrive.
