I'm using stock twlauncher & mods on my galaxy s3 & was running perfect but now got problem. I'm using CM based custom rom, I just had changed the whole system dpi to 240 & the twlauncher as well weather widget got small & then i had revert back to stock value 320 dpi, after that the launcher's size got perfect as before but the problem persist in accuweather widget that is the size of accuweather still small & i tried to resize its size with Xposed App Settings module but the widget size did not getting its original size according to my screen resolution. Can someone tell me that what i did wrong or what i should do to resize the weather widget to match with twlauncher in size. And the second issue is whenever i touch the menu button from twlauncher then the menu option does not showing pop up but the main problem is weather widget size. Thanx a lot in advance

You have to consider that the program is in beta, and some themes don't work so good.
Yup, we're still in beta.
We're working on icon scaling for a future version which will fix this issue. :victory:
Icons are small since Themer has a grid of 13x9 by default which makes the icons take less space. Change the grid size if you want bigger icons. But it will mess up the theme of course if you are using one.
Themer's icon size
The size of the icon also depends on the grid size. With other launchers, increasing the grid size will lead to icons becoming cropped, Themer makes them smaller.
What may help is increasing the grid size, to do this, go into: Themer Actions > Advanced > Desktop, and you can decrease the grid size from here. Take note that your widgets will be affected and will have to be resized accordingly. Hope this helps!
I created a Battery/Weather/Time/Date widget in UCCW for my Nexus 7. When I go back to my home screen the widget is perfectly centred albeit a tad small. When I resize it, however, it moves to the left of the screen and I am unable to move it to the right due to the resizing box being at it's limit. I'm not sure if this is something to do with the grid size (which I don't fully understand yet) that Nova Launcher is set at (currently 6x6) or something I did in UCCW.
This is the first thing I have made in UCCW and have just started learning about customization so any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers.

Hi,
Is there any way to stop Trebuchet from upscaling icons to 120%?
Even if i change the grid to 5x5, the icons stay absurdly big they are just more tight to each other and its even uglier.
I dont want to install another launcher or xposed or fiddle with dpi just for that since i'm very happy with cm and
Trebuchet except the HUGE icons on the Desktop which bothers me a lot.
Dock icon size is pretty perfect.
Just want the desktop icons the same size as the dock icons which must be 100 percent i guess.
Samsung Galaxy Note II with cm12 at default 320dpi.
Thanks

wrong thread and I never liked cm's launcher.
No i like cm launcher
As shown in screenshot, I've changed my DPI/smallest width in Developer options from 360 (default) to 400 (recommended by DPI calculator)
Everything is scaled down nicely including text, icons, and pretty much everything in the UI itself.
But what's bothering me is that the Google Now Launcher's grid won't change for some reason. It still has 4 columns and the spaces between them are so big. Shouldn't it change according to the DPI?
The Pixel Launcher I've downloaded also has the same problem. The dock adjusted fine, which is what I want because now I can put more apps within it. Now I want the same thing for the apps that are not on the dock. Why aren't they changing?
Notes:
Changing the DPI to a far larger number didn't work.
Restarting phone didn't do anything either.
Force stopping launcher didn't work too.

Hi guys,
How can I definitely change the DPI of my device?
The Mi A3 native DPI it's 260 or 360 I guess, but it makes the UI elements so big, and I hate it! So, I came to developer options and changed the DPI to 510 which looks so much better, with small letters, icons, status bar and nav bar. But everytime I reboot our just lock and unlock my phone the icons and all others UI elements return to their normal size, so I need to go again to the developer options and change it again.. Is there a way to fix it? Can I do something using ADB commands? Thx in advance!
Facing same issue....also looking for any adb command or something which do not require root
You can change the display size , and the font. Otherwise you can install nova launcher or lawnchairlauncher V2 where you can make many changes to the size. ( lawnchair launcher v2 is very close to stock launcher with many more customizations )

They're talking about the android 10 bug in which certain elements (power menu, lock screen, notification shade) will revert to their original dpi even after changing the screen size.
Update: I just found the problem, it's in the fingerprint unlock. I just changed the fingerprint lock for a pin and now I can reboot my phone and the DPI doesn't get changed anymore. Now I'm searching for a way to fix it, cause the screen fingerprint it was one of the reasons who make me buy that phone.
Same for me
I also facing the same issue.. for me i used to toggle between dark and white modes then everything will fine..
for rooted device, "wm density" command should work.
