Need a bit more information. What is your issue assuming you need a nandroid backup you are unlocked and have some sort of CWM or TWRP installed. FOr a nandorid backup we need to know which.
If you have wiped your phone and didn't have a rom on it to install you can install any rom by using adb sideload. There is information on the thread regarding pushing a rom via the sideload method. But again I am only guessing here as to what your actual issue is.
Currently im on elegancia rom. My phone frequently reboots.and I dont want to install any othercustom rom.I need to go back to stock rom. If you help me. Highly appreciated.

Can we flash stock kernel using cwm on locked bootloader??
If can, can anyone give me Stock Flashable Xgo Ics kernel??
Thanks

just flash the stock ftf using flashtool and you will get the stock kernel back or extract the boot.img file from any nandroid backup that u made then make flashable zip for it

If you have the firmware ftf, just flash it with flashtool, before you do clear all items in wipe and select all items in exclude, except kernel.

Which hboot do you have?
xpirt
i think its ICS cos its 1.24. Its the one which is attached to nexusPrime's MIUI 3.22 ROM.
You need to update your hboot to jb version (1.25), because boot partition from ICS hboot is too small for jb kernel. That's why you get the error.

How do I do that?

Whats your CID?
HTC_044
Sent from my HTC Desire X using xda app-developers app
You have the same CID as me and ckpv5.
Do these steps.
Flash an ICS version TWRP or CWM recovery.
Restore NANDroid Backup uploaded by ckpv5 which matches your software revision number.
Flash Stock recovery.img and stock Boot.img
Then reboot to ROM and it will be stock.
You will then receive and OTA update notification on your stock ROM. Do the update and it will automatically update your hboot to 1.25.002 and JB rom.
After that, you can flash the custom JB roms and boots.
Regards
Yasir
IF ANY DOUBT in ANY STEP, search google, and ask in thread, if still more help needed, dont panic and PM me.
Thanks, but any help on installing the miui 3.22 ROM for ICS?

Since i don't know which version of stock rom you have as backup and also if rooted or not, the easiest way (like i'd do it) is reinstalling CM 10.1, copy boot.emmc.win from your backup to your computer and flash it via fasboot command "fastboot flash boot boot.emmc.win". Then you can restore backup via TWRP and it should boot.
thanks

Did you make a nandroid? If you made a nandroid of your stock Rom simply go into recovery make a nandroid of the venom Rom go to your first nandroid restore it reflash the boot.zip (kernel) and go for the software update

Thanks for the reply, I didn't make a nandroid backup of my previous stock sense rom. Can i do a nandroid backup of my Venom rom now and then use it later on the stock sense 5+ rom?
All that will do is make a back up of the venom Rom what you need is a stock odexed Rom
Flash that then the boot.image (kernel) relock your boot loader and run your ruu
