How to Unbrick , root and install a custom ROM on Alcatel One Touch OT-991 The easiest way !
First of all ,before you continue note that :
i) Your device will be rooted.
ii) You will install a Custom ROM *Optional
iii) SIM LOCK REMOVAL
iv) This will void your warranty
Step 1 / U'll need to format your phone's Firmware by using SP_Flash_Tool_V2.1134.00
i) Open SP Flash Tool
ii) Load the Scatter
iii) Click on FORMAT
HINT : Format all ( The whole Flash ) NOT the " Format whole flash except Bootloader and Bin Region "
iv) If the device was seccessfully formated , at the end there'll be a green circle...
Step 2 / Now you have an Empty phone with no firmware... Now you will need to flash some Files...
i) Flash PRELOADER ...
ii) Remove Battery and USB Cable ...
iii) Flash DSP_BL ...
iv) Remove Battery and USB Cable ...
v) Flash PRO_INFO ...
vi) Remove Battery And USB Cable ...
vii) Flash LOGO & NVRAM & UBOOT one by one ...
viii) Remove Battery And USB Cable ...
Step 3 / Install CWM Recovery
i) U'll need to flash BOOT.img and RECOVERY.img ONE BY ONE
ii) Load scatter
iii) Flash BOOT.img
iv) Remove Battery and USB Cable ...
v) Flash RECOVERY.img
vi) Remove Battery and USB Cable ...
HINT : IF you got errors on doing these, then I'm sorry but your device has gone :'(
But if you did not get any ERRORS while doing these steps then CWM was successfully installed
on the device.. to confirm it just BOOT your phone in recovery mode and if it is installed you'll see
the CWM window
Step 4 / You had now Installed CWM Recovery that will help you installing your custom ROM
i) Download VeSa ROM ( By Jeffta ) or you may download any other ROM
ii) Once downloaded, Copy the Custom Rom on your SD Card and Boot your phone in recovery mode by pressing HOME + VOLUME UP + POWER KEY
iii) Then Apply Update on SD Card ...

I accidentally deleted the folder "framework" in system partition. The phone crash and when i start it go in boot loop.
i can go in recovery and also i do a data/factory reset, and always boot loop.
i havent did a backup of rom and now i can find the original rom on the web.
What i can do ? it's recuperable ?

You must install CWM or TWRP with spflashtool. I install twrp in terminal, I don't now method install it with spflashtool, you must looking in network. I can upload twrp and backup firmware ver 208 and ver 213.

1. Install MediaTek DA USB VCOM drivers
2. Download and run SPFlashTool
3. Click Scatter-loading button to load the correct scatter file
4. Deselect all parts except recovery.img, set path to recovery.img
5. Turn off your phone, remove the battery and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).
6. Press Download and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
7. The process will start and a red progress bar will appear.After the red progress bar is complete, there will appear a purple progress bar.When the yellow bar is complete, you'll get a popup with a green circle and Download OK message,
which means that the process has been successfully terminated.
If you have installed recovery you can install backup. I can upload my backup.

I installed TWRP with flash tool, it works but missing the OS.
With flash tool i used those files:
logo.bin, lk.bin, MBR, preloader.bin, secro.img, MT6582_Android_scatter.txt, boot.img, recovery.img, system.img
But i don't have any files for:
ebr1, ebr2, cache, usrdata
If someone has got the files or can help me...

PROCEDURE
2. Install usb drivers and make sure your it works well (by using another identical phone)
3. Run Sp falsh tool and select the alcatel scatter file.
4. Copy all the downloaded files in one folder for easy access.
5.Select and check every item from the ROM BACKUP starting from the preloader,ds pl.....etc.
6. Connect your phone to the computer using the usb cable .PRESS VOLUME + continuously then click download in the sp fash tool.
NOW YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FLASH YOUR ALCATEL.
NB.
After flashing your dead alcatel will boot up .
IF IT HANGS IN THE BOOTLOOP.
1.Flash the CWM BY MARK by running sp flashtool and check recovery only (this allows you to flash clock work mode that will allow you to flash a working OS to your phone.)
2.After a complete flash. Copy ORIGINAL ROM.RAR to sd and Start your phone in recovery (power + volume up)
3.Go to install rom from sd and select ORIGINAL ROM or flash new working rom.

I have the Ulefone Be touch 3 and i want to really increase the sensitivity of the screen.
Because when i write a text message, it did not write the half of the words.
I tried the app Screen Booster but it did not work.
I see in the net that i have to root to add specifications on a file Build.prop.
But for that, i have to root.
Someone have an idea ?
I tried the root method :
-Extract RAR
-Put UPDATE-SuperSu to your phones storage
-Install drivers to PC
-Open SP Flash Tool
-Check boot and recovery and select files from files-folder (Uncheck others if they are checked)
-Push download button
-Remove battery from the phone and connect USB
-Disconnect USB when SP Flash Tool says OK
-Install battery and start phone with vol up + power
-Select install zip from sdcard and select super su
-Reboot phone and you are done
-Click thanks if you are satisfied
But I have an error :
PMT changed for the rom
I am afraid to change the download only by firmware upgrade ...

Very first LK.BIN for ulefone Be Touch 3 needed
Hi,
I flashed my Ulefone Be Touch 3 device with Ulefone's ROM and ... big mistake : soft bricked.
The device still works except the screen : a dark blue one with no logo, no icon, etc.
From what I read, I can get screen back to normal with the very first lk.bin file but i can only find recent (and thus faulty) ROMs.
Could someone help me ?

7. Disconnect the device immediately after formatting completes, before the download starts.
8. From download options select Download, then unchecked "Simlock" .
9. Press download and connect device.

I had a chance to get my hands on this "crappy" piece of device , helping some friend ... so ,
i've tried your tutorial and the phone was stuck in a loop (loading circle ... ) , so i've tried modding the simlock file which worked :fingers-crossed: !
I have used this firmware (click after creating account and login on that website , post link here)(MT6735M_S00_EMMC_Vodafone_VFD 500_6_0_alps-mp-m0_mp1-V2_39_1_jhz6735m_35u_vf_m_P197(2017_07_31_18_14) and SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1828_Win) the scatter file with the modded simlock can be downloaded from here (*this also contains twrp recovery and root zip , flashable with the same sp flash tool by loading scatter file) what i did was to first follow your tutorial , format all partitions , then download the firmware into the phone without the simlock file, since that wasn't working (stuck in a loop) , i went into modding the simlock file (from the firmware above) with a hex editor and then download (only ! no format !! ) the simlock file into the phone (load scatter file in the sp flash tool , select download and check box only for the simlock file (*the modded one) and reboot it , worked like a charm , phone booted in a blink and started processing (app processing , creating dalvik cache etc) , i've tried an orange *operator / network sim and worked ! .
TIPS : YOU CAN TRY JUST TO DOWNLOAD ONLY THE MODDED SIMLOCK FILE INTO YOUR PHONE USING SP FLASH TOOL BY LOADING THE SCATTER FILE (ZIP LINK ABOVE) WITHOUT FLASHING THE WHOLE FIRMWARE , IT MIGHT WORK AS WELL , SINCE THE FILE IS FLASHED ... GO CLEAR CACHE FROM THE RECOVERY MENU AND REBOOT YOUR DEVICE , DON'T FORGET TO REPORT HERE .

I have ported a TWRP Custom recovery for it [ I know its very long time since no development has been done for our very own device but wait is over now ! ]
Procedure to flash TWRP Recovery and Root

Follow These Steps:-

5>Open SP Flash Tool Folder,Double click Flash Tool.exe
6>Now in SP Flash Tool Click on Scatter Loading Button
7>Now Locate the folder where you have extracted the "Twrp Flashing Pack" Folder open it and select Mtk6753 Android Scatter.txt and click open
8>From the List Choose Recovery and hot the Download Button Above
9>After Clicking "Download" Completely Power off your phone and Connect your phone to Computer using USB Cable and the Tool will start flashing the Recovery image in it
10>After the Flashing Process Completes You will be able to see a green ring,now disconnect the cable and press and hold volume up(+) and power button ,you will see very small words according to them locate recovery option using volume up(+)key and select it using volume down(-)key then after some time the recovery will open.
11>In the recovery draw your pattern or enter your password(if asked)and swipe the bar ,then go to Your sdcard location where you have placed the Super Su v2.82.zip then flash it and reboot your phone(at first boot it may restart 2 times but dont worry its preparing the phone)and when your phone boots up........ Congratulations you have rooted your device successfully !
