Use AndFTP if you have to do it on phone. It's just an ftp server...

When you connect you'll be in the root directory, go to flip font folder and navigate from there.

I Found this on Galaxy Nexus Forum Topic and can use on our Note II and I share Here. Very nice effect
Install as normal application.
You can choose Lightning Lock has storm sounds , Fire lock has normal s4 sounds , Blue ring and Tron Ring
