Sony Xperia P doesn't start - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Hello!
Yesterday I have rooted my xperia p using a bat file, I don't remember the name. Today I installed chainfire 3d. I pressed the install driers button and phone restarted but it didn't boot, it was stuck on SONY screen. I tried to restore by using sony update service (not pc companion), it downloaded the files and it started the instalation, for 3 seconds, then it said that the usb cable was unplugged. Now it keeps restarting to SONY screen. Please help if you know what to do.
Sorry for my 'awsome' English

Apps you have downloaded from Google PlayStore are still on "my apps" -> "all", you can re-install them.
Keep your phone in sync with google account and backup system data, and contacs every once in a while

Incoming Calls are getting rejected automatically

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this issue..!
I use Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro MK16I. (Rooted, Bootloader unlocked).
Recently I had issues syncing contacts with Google, Fb etc and I had to do a factory reset of the phone. Since then I've following issues so far. :crying:
1. Incoming calls are getting rejected automatically
2. Silent, Flight mode are missing when I press the power button
3. When I'm in some application and if I press the Menu/Home button, it does not take me to the home screen and nothing happens
4. Windows can't detect or install the drivers for the phone, even if I do it through the 3rd party sources windows still doesn't show it.
Anyhelp would be appreciated, thanks

[Q] my s3 freezes and I cant backup my stuff

Hello all,
It's been almost 8 months since I got my s3 and it was going kinda good till I encountered a problem 2 days ago
my mobile started to freeze very often ( I had to remove the battery to turn it off before I know that I can long press the powe button ) I decided to do factory reset. However, kies can not make the bqck up while the mobile is not responding.
I tried safe mode and the issue still exist.
is there away to fix the whole thing on just backing up when the phone is switched off??
Looking forward to hearing from you soon
Regards
Does the phone still freeze while in download mode? If not then adb can be used to backup the phone storage, or use Mike Skip's tool to automate this.
Try reading the freeze thread, if you leave the phone long enough - once it is frozen, it may start to respond again.
you can't backup a swiched off phone :/

What would you like to backup? I can give you some possibilities:
1. Phone numbers can be backed up through a Google Account.
2. Pictures you can copy/paste to your computer after connecting your phone by a USB cable. So the Media.
3. SMS: you can download from the Google Store the free SMS Backup and Restore App.
4. Applications: The downloaded ones from the Store - through your Google Account. The others: download from the Store the free Super Backup App.

Besides the backup methods - there is a possibility to flash a stock rom without format and wipes, through Odin. It is supposed to keep your data and applications.

1- I have already enabled backing up through Google Account but when I formatted my mobile last time I could not restore them back
2,3,4- When the mobile freezes it stops responding and I can not do any of those
and using a custom or even another official ROM is not preferred

Only if you actually flash or install something .
You require a service centre .
Backup try Carbon from the market ...

Freeze on start-up after installing a app.

Hi, I apologise if I posted this in the wrong section I wern't sure,
My Galaxy S Wifi 5.0 keeps freezing on start-up, It was working fine until I installed a app called, Go Launcher, once it installed, it was working fine until my device restarted after that, it just freezes after like 1 minute as soon as it comes on, I barely have enough time to put in the start code to unlock the device..
I can't remember what firmware it has, It was a custom one I think of this forum, all I know after I put it on it put a picture of a black tree on the main screen, not sure if that helps sorry..
It is rooted too.
I'm looking for some advice on what I can do to fix this.. I don't want to completly format I have some pictures I kind of don't want to lose.
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Try uninstalling it via the Google Play store, and then download another Launcher.

[Q]How to Recover SMS After Flashing

Good Evening
Excusme everyone, I own a Sony Xperia ZL and running firmware C6503_10.4.1.B.0.101 (I hope this is the right one, I'am still a newbie about this), unrooted and bootloader locked. A few days ago, I got a bootloop on my device, and after searching the solutions they told me to flashing it. Then I just flashing it, and to be honest this is my first time flashing and I don't know any effect of this.
After successfully flashing, I lost all my internal data :crying:
But luckily , I don't know why but my device auto download all of my apps and also recover my contact automatically. I also got my WA messages because still have my back up on micro SD.
But not about the SMS, not even a single SMS appear.
I already try Dr.Fone for Android software and use deep scan, but the software found nothing.
Hope you will help me recover my SMS.
Thank you

Still, is there any way to recover my messages?
No backup no recovery. Look for cwm recovery for lb bootloader for ur phone. By the next bootloop make a nandroid backup from ur damage system, flash the new rom and make a custom restore of the data only.

I believe I turn on that Sync a few weeks ago but then I turn it off because of the battery consumption.
Does the message that appear at time before I turn off the sync can be restored ?

there is also automatic restore option in backup and restore option
Google doesn't back up text messages automatically. There are apps that can back them up on a schedule to a cloud backup or on your storage of the phone. Might be something to look into. But yea, the other text messages are gone, sorry. The other stuff came back like your contacts and apps because that kind of stuff is backed up through Google's servers.
but it take backup automatically when connect to the internet if sync is on
there is option available in backup and reset

I'm unsure when I say this, but I'm pretty sure that SMS data is wiped when you clear the cache before flashing a new ROM.
I don't really understand why it would matter so much as long as you have everything else. Are they personal messages?

Yes there is : ) reflash your phone to the same stock firmware check on settings /about device /software info
Once you find google for that firmare and flash with odin
Here is example what you need to do. https://youtu.be/V7iW3N0AQH4
Before flashing make sure your battery is more than 50% charged. Good Luck
