Hello there friends !
I'm having problem with my micromax funbook p350. When ever i restart the phone, it comes in factory default mode. I don't know what is the exact problem. I can't even install extra apk files due to that. So please let me know the solution for it. I want to flash my micromax p350 but i can't get the exact rom for it anywhere ? not even here....... and i don't know much about flashing android and all that so please help me out to solve this problems.

You will need to use the Livesuite tool to restore the factory default ROM, a general guide to using Livesuite can be found here. Let me know if you still have questions .
i really appreciate your comment! but the firmware i am searching isn't available. its been removed. so please provide me the exact firmware for my funbook talk.

Unfortunately, I don't think there are firmware downloads for the funbook talk. I would recommend emailing micromax and seeiing if they can provide you with a firmware download link.

I just want to know the exact flashing guide for my tablet. Please let me know the exact steps for it. My tab has just stuck at funbook logo. It doesnt go any further....Please help me what should i do.

Since you said your tablet was compatible with Ployer's Momo9 ICS firmware, I would recommend taking a look at this guide how to flash your tablet. First however let's try to get your tablet past the funbook logo. If you boot into recovery mode, then once in recovery select "Factory Reset" then after it finished preforming a factory reset select "Reboot System", the tablet should then reboot normally and you should hopefully no longer be stuck on the Funbook logo. I'm happy to help if you still have questions so let me know .

I tried a lot but no result. I also tried by downloading the file from gizmolord and still while flashing livesuite says image file invalid. please help shimp!

You could try flashing this working Clockworkmod Recovery image compatible with your funbook which can be found here which and also includes instructions on how to flash it http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1802268&nocache=1. What format is the file in it should be a .img file, also try re-downloading the file as it's possible it was a corrupt download.

hey mate as far your guidance on the link. I tried as it is said in it. But i can't access the sd card as my tab doesn't go further and it doesn't show the drive on pc. So how could i copy the files. Please let me know as per your experience.

You could try using ADB and fastboot with the command:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery path/to/recovery.img
If that doesn't work I would try booting into the regular recovery mode and using Google translate to translate the Chinese characters you see in recovery mode to English words so you can navigate the various options.

You could copy and paste the Chinese characters into Google translate from Windows built in character map under start>all programs>accessories>system tools>character map.

I would recommend looking at the each of the options in recovery then you could copy and paste the Chinese characters you see in recovery into Google translate. To input the chines characters you see in recovery into Google translate you can use Windows built in character map under start>all programs>accessories>system tools>character map.

I managed to port root files for Galaxy STAR duos GT-S5282 and GT-S5280.
Currently I am not having this phone nor did i have used.
So I cant check and verify this.
I need testers
But I have successfully rooted my device ace duos in the similar way.
So , those who want to root their device , go ahead and enjoy.
Note - I am not responsible for any damage , brick , etc to your device - it is only for person who have done this earlier
and who are curious to play with their phone. Rooting voids WARRANTY but U can always Unroot
Before you can root, make
sure you do all of the
following:
USB Debugging needs to be enabled on your Grand Duos. To do this you will need to go to Settings ,
then Applications ,
then Development ,
and then finally USB
debugging. Check the
box next to USB
Debugging .
Download the following files
"KEEP IN SD CARD DIRECTLY NOT IN ANY FOLDER"
- reboot ur device in recovery mode.. HOW?
HOLD - VOLUME UP + HOME BUTTON + POWER BUTTON
Till u get in the recovery mode.
then using The VOLUME BUTTON scroll "up-down"
select - apply update.zip from sd card
scroll down using volume down - select downloaded file
select - YES
And done ur phone is rooted!!
Reboot ur phone.

I think i'm in huge trouble here.
last night i tried to port a rom through dsixda kitchen, followed every instruction correctly.
then flashed that rom on my canvasHD, it didn't work.
so i restored my backup through CWM, the phone started but there was no imei & it was also stating unknown baseband.
so i followed this tutorial to fix it --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_ksRQjlh_4
after formating it showed the window with the green ring, but after that when i clicked on download it did not detect my phone,
and now it's not even powering up.
is there anything that can be done to bring my canvas hd back to life.
now is the time when i really need your help, plz tell me what i should do .

Are the drivers installed properly on your PC?
I would recommend uninstalling it and than installing it again.
I faced a problem when it was not detecting my CHD too and when I checked the device manager the drivers were gone.

Give this a try
Dont worry just Carry on with SP flashtool way , it neither requires your battery to be in , neither your mobile to be on while flashing . take a latest version of canvas HD 4.2.1 official release , and brush it the way provided in flashing tutorial .

I mean i had flashed wrong files in my tab and now several things are not working
also forgot to make a nandroid backup before flashing.
So now if some some with the same device (Ubislate7c+ EDGE) has firmware files or a nandroid backup than it can be a great help
to me as i can fix up all the things by flashing the correct files

Maybe there's a source that could answer this problem.

It seems working fine. the tab boots, touch screen works. I'll be testing it over weekend to see if all other functions works.

Is WIFI working properly?

It hangs up in sleep mode?

I'm facing wifi connection drop issue & another above two problems with the stock ROM in tab.
Please post some screenshot of the ROM (Video if possible)
Also post some images of your kernel logo.
I want to flash this ROM in my UBISLATE 7C+ EDGE because i face many performance issue with stock rom.

Hi there I installed a cwm recovery on my UBISLATE 7c+ device and it,s stuck in a recovery BOOTLOOP and the worst part is that the harware keys I.e the volume keys which are used to move up and down in cwm are not working so I cant flash any fix... Please tell me some method to unbrick my device using adb cuz adb is working nd device shows up in cmd prompt but attached as recovery... P.s. This device doesnt have a fastnboot mode...Any help would be very much appreciated...

Stay away from that ROM brother!!
As pkg234 wasn't replying i flashed the ROM in my tab to check it out
After flashing the ROM my TAB kept vibrating all the time & nothing was working & with this a lost my stock ROM
Than i started searching for the Stock ROM over internet & found this int this ROM everything works except wifi & camera but after figuring out the right wifi drivers & replacing them with the current loaded ones its working.

Flashed the rom from the link u posted but touchscreen isn,t working.. i found working touchscreen , wifi, camera etc modules but the problem is that whenever I install a custom recovery the device again goes into a recovery bootloop so there,s no way to flash these modules. Any suggestions

Is your phone booting? When you say black screen, does it not boot at all?

Yes this ^^.. If you don't have a recovery, then his second option is correct.. The problem though, if you can not get adb access..
Let us know if this works..

You need to search the forums to try to find your SystemUI.apk that someone maybe extracted for other purposes... If there are none posted..Then maybe ask someone that has one, that is rooted and they can pull the apk.. Do you have a way of flashing a new firmware.. I did a quick search and saw THESE but not sure if this is your device
