I have Blu Lfe Play (Noir A900) and it has an application called launcher (taking around 130Mb memory) which I believe is the custom launcher, I want to switch back to Android 4.2.1 stock launcher so can I find its apk or just simply uninstalling launcher from "root uninstaller" will help?

As the title says i tried every way i even deleted the apk with root explorer but every time i'm trying to install the plus ver says "application not installed"
i tried via adb but it keep saying "app already Exsists"
what should i do??
Try installing the normal version then unlocking it with your key.
You can uninstall it using Titanium Backup (I have just uninstalled it from the lite version in favour of ADW).
edit: sorry after rereading I think Ive misunderstood the original question!
Firstly : Extract the light version and you will get two folders and one file.
Second : Go to system folder -> apps
Third : Find launcherpro apk and delete it. Replace it with ADW launcher
Fourth : Zip it back and use recovery menu to reinstall the ROM again
Fifth : You will get ADW launcher instead of launcherpro
Six : Install launcherpro plus and uninstall ADW.
Or
Install ADW launcher from the market
Delete launcherpro
Reboot your phone (Important)
Go to setting > application > Manage application > Delete launcherpro
Install launcherpro plus
Hello,
I've just installed a custom rom (Pffitech 4.0.4) but it did not come with a Myfiles app. I've tried downloading it but whenever I try to install it, it says application not installed. I would need it because when i try to customise my alarm or notification tones, I cannot choose from my own sounds because it tries to load myfiles and fails.
Also, how can I resize the Accuweather widget on Touchwiz ux? I have tried long pressing it as with the old touchwiz but it does not work
Thanks

There are other alternatives to Myfiles I use Astro or Root Explorer and find them much better.
Myfiles is annoying Samsung bloatware in my opinion

1.
Myfiles.apk is a system application and wont install like a normal app.
You need to copy it to /system/app and then set the permissions to rw-r-r (644) using a root capable file manager like Solid explorer and Es file manager (both free)
There also very good and probably much better alternatives in Playstore.
2.
I don't use Touchwiz UX but it may be a bug in the ported launcher since it was not originally meant for our phone.
there are very good alternative launchers too in the playstore. You can even apply Touchwiz UX theme to most of those launchers. Apex, Nova, Holo launcher HD and Go launcher Ex, are good examples
Hello everyone, I'm here to ask how I can change the default launcher in my rom SlimFXP. Because I saw that the "Go Launcher" is much better than the default of my rom "Nova Launcher" ... thanks: D
Install go launcher from the play store. Press home button after it's installed.
That's it.
But, however, I want to remove the nova launcher, which is automatically installed unless I wanted when I put the custom rom. And there isn't the option to "uninstall" on nova launcher. Why I'm afraid that if I delete the nova launcher, the phone will not start.
If you have any other launcher installed the phone will start for sure.
I'm not sure if you can put NOVA LAUNCHER in the private/app folder, to remove TW without showing incompatibilities and to avoid some kernel FC of @djmax (suemax kernel 1.2)
Any ideas?

Just install it from Play store. You can choose which home launcher to run as default from within Nova
Hi guys,
I'm using a Huawei P9 with firmware EVA-L09C432B386 and I'm trying to convert Apex/Nova launcher to system app. It's because the phone wouldn't allow you to use certain widgets such as weather on third party launcher.
I moved both Apex and Nova folder from /data/app to /system/app and change the permission to Owner RW/Group R/Other R. But after rebooting the phone, the already installed launcher apps were missing. I couldn't find them in the drawer or "Settings - Apps" but only in the /system/app folder, however I couldn't launch or install them from the folder anyway.
Then I tried to use Titanium Backup to convert them to system apps, it just stuck in the "processing" forever. So I shut down the Titanium and reboot the phone, then go into the /system/app folder and there's an launcher apk there, I installed it but it just couldn't function properly.
Do you guys know any other way to convert them to system app, or what I did wrong in the process? Any input would be appreciated.
Ever wonder why no custom ROMs use said launchers as default? Coz you can't.
