Hello Guys,
I've got a problem, i know that maybe there are bunch of threads with that same problem on the forum but i cant find the solution to solve it.
Some months ago i Unlocked my bootloader using Asus Tool and installed TWRP on it, then i installed CyanogenMod 10 (i think it was 10).
The prime worked fine some weeks but after this time the tablet slowed down. I used factory reset in the device settings. Then the device restarted and it got stuck on the ASUS logo.
I cant enter the Bootloader (by pressing the Power + Vol. Down)
But my Computer recognize it on APX Mode (Power + Vol. Up).
Jelly Bean 4.1 is installed on this device.
I dont used (installed?) nvFlash before.
What should i do?
But please no answers like "search on google" or "search on forum" i tried to find the Solutions to many days but no success.
Thanks for helping,
Johny5608

LOL, mybe the OP should change title to "help I do not know how to use the search feature". There are plenty of topics already in this forum on this exact issue. Not only plenty but more than there should be. In face the guy that responded above me started his own thread on same topic. I don't mean to sound like a A$$ but come on people, lets use the search spend 5 min.
I started a topic that is on page 2 of this forum for your only choice as of now to repair your prime.

Attached you will see a simple search of the word "Brick"

Probably used the forum Stickies, "Search" function, or "Google".
Should have used it first before panicking and posting another "help. I'm bricked!!" thread.
At least he's sorted, but these type of posts where Users have asked for help, eventually found the answer somewhere else, but not bothered to post their actual fix
Hello there. I'm new on this forum and I'm sorry if i didn't post in the right subforum.
3 days ago I tried to get the unlock code for my phone because it was blocked on Orange (SIM card). Everything went fine and I managed to reach the point where I found out which is the code to unlock it. After this. I wanted to reboot my phone and when i tried to turn it on again it didn't work. I asked a buddy and he told me it may be a "phone bricked" problem. I searched on internet and tried to do it in any way possible to solve the problem. I tried the One click method, the android upgrade method... anything... I can enter in downloading mode and recovery mode and when I try to flash it it says "pass" on odin and still no response.
I (as an idiot) didn't expect any problem when I followed the tutorial to get the SIM code and the guy who made the tutorial didn't mention anything about a possible brick.
I wanted to ask if you guys can let me know anything about any other possible method before I get it to the service.
Thank you!!!
Indeed, your phone might already brick, to resolve your current problem, just visit this, One-Click unbrick
The above link is actually can be found here in XDA Forums, just do a deep search next time buddy. Read every steps carefully which mentioned there. Hope it helps.

HI,
I apologise if this is the wrong forum, but I cannot find anything specific to my device, and all threads I found so far that deal with flashing might as well be in Greek. Please move it to wherever is appropriate if this is the wrong place.
The problem;
My Onda v140 (I think it's an Elite but I got it second hand and I don't know for certain) bricked over night. I turned it on and it is stuck on the android animation. Tried a couple of times, no joy.
Its OS is (or WAS) Android 4.01.
I found firmware for the v140 elite and would like to try flashing the thing to fix it, but I have absolutely no idea where to start. I don't know any of the jargon beyond the word flashing, and have had little luck on the internet except for a video which might have been helpful except that it is in German and I don't speak German.
Can anyone point me to some sort of beginners guide to this please?
Hope this helps : -

link removed from your quote as the forum wouldn't let me post with it there
Thanks, but that guide doesn't work. I spent half an hour holding the middle button and pushing the power button without it doing a dicky bird. I also tried running livesuite as administrator in case that would help.
Nothing.
Hi there, I just tried to flash Jelly Bean on to my S2 using Odin. For whatever reason Odin failed and now I'm left with a screen saying "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again." I can still access download mode but not recovery mode. Neither my laptop nor my desktop will recognise my S2 so I'm unable to try again using Odin.
Any suggestions? I hope it's not permanently ruined because I only got it on Wednesday
Best bet stop what your doing and start to read the many threads about what's happened to your phone. You can fix this but you need to stop and read.

Right, thank you. I've spent the morning trying to find relevant threads and build up some kind of picture but there is so much information, most of which only semi covers my particular situation, that I thought it would be easier just to ask for some help. Is there some sort of guide for this kind of thing or should I just continue my search through the depths of the forums?
Hum....there's like 2 zillion threads about this, use the search button by entering only "kies".

I've actually just got it sorted now. Lots and lots of trying and re-trying Odin, re-installing drivers and rebooting. Not sure what finally got it to work but Jelly Bean is running beautifully.
Sorry about the addition of yet another post on this topic. It's difficult not to try to get direct help when you think you've just ruined your brand new and rather expensive device.
Well done mate. Better to read and learn than to ask and no nothing.
Recently I got a 8.9 3rd with brick at kindle fire logo, and it had no response when connecting to the computer. It was working with cm11 and cm12, and was bricked after flashing 4.5.5 by last owner. After searching, I follow this thread to try unbrick: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ki...-to-unbrick-kindle-fire-hdx-firmware-t3277197
Now hdx can enter into system, but the screen has no response to touching operation, and can't enter recovery, no matter press vol+ or vol-, hdx directlyload stock system. It seems like volume button not working, just like touch screen, but I'm not sure is this physical or not. BTW, system can not save time after forcing shutdown and restarting, time is reseted to "TUE, JUL 30 12:00" every time on lock screen. Is this a valuable information?
I find one solution to get touch screen rework: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=56986107&postcount=22, but I can't get access of adb, also can't enter into recovery or fastboot. I find on suggestion that using fastboot cable first, then replace with normal data cable, but computer just has an unkown usb device, and it doesn't show in device manager, is there has a way to active adb, recovery or fastboot?
Wating for anyone could help, thanks anyway.

You didn't answer his question in either thread. Your not much help to us that may have the same problem. Yea he posted in two threads but whats it matter? The least you could have done was help.

Criticism will get you exactly nowhere. Multiple/redundant posts are time consuming and annoying for those of us who volunteer our time (good chunk of the day) assisting others. Unfortunately, I can only manage a fraction of what shows up in my XDA inbox; triage in the name of the game. I actually marked his post for further research.

You mean other than clutter up the boards and make for confusing support?
Closing this thread in lieu of the question posted in the correct thread.
