Rootbox Play store issues. - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note I717

I'm on root box and I'm trying to download Candy Crush and it won't let me because of incompatibility. Now I installed multi DPI play store inverted and its still giving me issues. Also I can't download Google + due to "invalid package size"?

Have you had this before?

Yeah I don't know... I always would just grab a copy of 4shared.... Try wiping cache and data on Google play store and goggle play services.... I dunno man

Play Store Update

I updated my Play Store and now I'm having problems downloading apps. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I've tried uninstalling updates, clear data and cache but nothing works

Yeah, the Play Store does update to the awesome features without warning
Did you try wiping the "new" Google Play Services application that has been installed to the system somehow?
It has a puzzle icon with the colours/colors used from the Google Play logo.
What ever you do, do NOT uninstall 'Google Play Services'.

Website not linking to play store app

Ok this might be a dumb question but how do I get the play store to open when I click on a link for an app? It use to do it on its own but now it just opens up a new browser tab to play store via browser instead of play store app

Try clearing the defaults of whatever browser you are using, you might have accidentally chosen the browser and the remember check box when prompted. Settings->Apps->browser(whatever you use)->Clear defaults.

Tried that didn't work might just be the links I'm hitting off of Droid Life posts

Hrmm, only other thing I can think of is maybe clear data for the play store? I would think any play store link should have the option to open the link in the play store app. I think even shortened links work iirc.

Tried cleaning play store app no go either...the whole reason I posted this question to begin with was because I keep getting this message...it'll go to web page of market app but then go straight to this page (screenshot) I have no clue what's going on here

So you get to this page, click install, and it sends you to that page? Trying to figure out exactly what's going on while I try and figure this out for you. I don't even remember verifying an app link default on this phone and currently can't find it anywhere... It seems that the HTC browser has a built in default for the web market and chrome has a default for the play store at least this seems to be the case on my device.

Thanks for trying to trouble shoot this for me I'll give you the whole break down...I'll go on Droid Life Twitter, click the web page link for one of their posts about some app they talking about, stock internet browser comes up with DL page and then I click on "play link" which use to pull up the option of opening either browser or actual play store....now it opens browser option then a window pops up that error no internet and goes to the screen that I posted...that's the whole run through

Try to go into browser settings->advanced and turn off plug-ins. I think I recall that happening to me before.
Ok so that did it for the browser errors thanks! Still no go on pulling up actual play store app but hey this way better than none cause sometimes I can't find apps when I do a search for new apps...rare occurrence but happens every once in awhile again thank you

Play Store 'No Connection' Fixes

1.Clear data and cache of Google services framework and play store. Reboot.
Or
2. Remove play store updates.
Or
3. Remove and reenter gmail account
Or
4. Install an older version of play store. If it is installed as a user app the convert it to a system app with the system/app/mover.
Link requires aptoide

You can use titanium to move apps to system and v.v.......an app that has a solid reputation and comes from the playstore.
No offence OP, just making a relevant point

Way to install latest Google Wallet on CM10?

I really like using Google Wallet, but since I moved from Ouroubous to CM10, of course, I can't install it from the Play Store, is there a way to do it? Or is there a cracked version of the latest online?

If you've freedom installed, open it and then try...
When freedom is on and it is killed, play Store stops working
