Did you root your phone?
Have you stopped any service under the application menu?
Try a hard reset, that might help

Ok so check if all android services are up and running. Some ROMS turn off certain services, go check under General > apps > All and see if there is any service stopped.
- You may hard reset or reflash as well

So I'm facing a common problem - bluetooth is just messed up in stock .587 ICS. My Lww gets into a bootloop everytime I turn on bluetooth and I have to clear davik cache to make my phone working again.. but that don't fix this big problem. I read somewhere that clearing bluetooth paired device list is the key to fix this, but whaaa... How am I supposed to do that without turning on bluetooth?! That list is NOT present when BT is off!
My phone is rooted and bootloader is unlocked. I'm using kernel panic. Maybe there is a system file or something that I can delete or modify? Waiting for you help

Man you are awesome!!! I downloaded this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.phk.bluetoothfixrepair&hl=lt and at first I thought it will be useless because it said to apply the fix, nothing more. But I'm shocked because bluetooth is now working again! Unbelievable :victory:
How didn't I thought about it before.. Big thanks to you
I've tried running Puzzels and Dragons on genymotion with a Nexus 5 Android Version 4.4.2. Everytime I open it, it just stops working, with the message, PAD has stopped, help >.<

where did you get that ?
playstore or website ?
make sure you're downloaded from playstore, if not, then you need an app that can remove license verification, which is not allowed in this forum
or as an alternative, turn on the Wi-Fi connection, no need really connection, just turn on then open it again

I recently rooted my Galaxy S4, and now my wifi and bluetooth only work occasionally. These will be times when it works, but other times the wifi will shut off and even if I press the on "off" button it will go to "on" for a few seconds but then go back to "off." Any help guys?

If you are willing, you can always do a full wipe to stock . Just use titanium backup to backup your user apps.

A full wipe through odin should fix all software problems. If you still have issues after a full wipe(and nothing altered yet), the problem will be in your hardware.
*maybe the newest samsung update screwed some stuff up. that is a possibility as well.
Factory reset didn't work
My wifi is still down, any other options? Should I unroot?
My phone showed notification of the new 20160531 stock ROM update on Saturday, but I needed to use the phone and didn't install it.
Now I'd like to go ahead, but can't find a way to start the process - the notification hasn't appeared since. I've tried rebooting, disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi. The Wireless Update app reports to be running, but wouldn't let me force stop and restart.
Thanks!

Could you explain your problem? May I just don't get you.
you tried to install your OTA Update, but it isn't possible anymore?
Restarting and searching manually for the Update via Settings should solve your Problem?
Sure - the OTA update notification appeared for a day, but I didn't install it (I needed the phone that day, didn't want to mess it up). Now I would like to install it (mainly for the promised battery optimisation) but the notification is gone and I don't see any way to get it back.

I haven't found anything about OTA update so far, just Android settings. There is a system app called Wireless Update which provides the notification from Elephone; just says it's running.

Well, go into Settings, below there search for 'About phone'-'About my phone' (at the bottom) and click on 'system updates'.
Is this working?

Hi guys, sorry for my bad English. But I have a problem and I do not know where else to turn. The other day, to make a clean installation, I made a full wipe and reinstalled 08.11.23. The phone turned on and worked perfectly, but when it restarted, the message "find the device stopped unexpectedly" appeared and the phone restarted to recovery. I deactivated the account of xiaomi but it did not work ... If I make a clean installation I can use it perfectly, but when restarting it is the problem ... help please!
Sorry again for the English.

but can I do something to make it work?
Take a look on this

It looks like you did some kind of de-bloat and removed some services. I had exactly the same problem, but if you can list out what all you removed, I could shed some light.
Install the rom pixel and let me use it perfectly. But obviously I lose facial and miui recognition for example ... but if I go back a miui rom, the same mistake happens to me

Flashing persist can solve the issues
flash persis.img via recovery (ofrp) or fastboot "fastboot flash persist persist.img"
