hi all
we need the devs help to build us a tun.ko module
for the new x10 krenel 2.6.29-00054
as you know some gsm providers block certain apps from functioning on their
net, such as google voice , viber , and so on
this tun.ko will really help us to use openvpn app and bypass the restriction they put
here is the thread , but now this method wont work coz of the tun.ko
we need the dev to compile a new one for the new krenels our x10s
got after the giginrbread update

I have a korean optimus one (ku3700)
I tried many times to porting p500's kernel to korean's one
I modified
thunderg-perf_defconfig
/arch/arm/mach-msm/lge
/arch/arm/mach-msm
and a few files....
and I run 'make'
It has error in vmlinux....
help me..

Hi guys, I'm not allowed to post in mod development forum, so I must ask here. Can anyone tell me how can I modify, create or just change drivers for camera from old custom rom to new? Is that even possible? I had minicm7, now I have minicm9v2, everything is ok, but camera and some other things aren't working, as you may already know. So, I would like to know how can I get in touch with this... Any help appreciated

Is it possible to compile a kernel with the tun.ko module that i can run openvpn ob CM9 2.6.32.59-MB860-CM9-gd23c5fb #joker-cm9-beta?

Well considering this isn't development related, you got the section close.
Better suited would be for the Q/A section.
But anyway, I'll look into it. Shouldn't be too hard. I'll try to post back in a couple hours if I come up with anything.
I think it was my fault.
tun.ko is not compiled as module, it is integrated in the kernel.
So it´s not possible to find it at modules folder
So it is possible to start openvpn.
Just needed to mkdir /dev/net and mknod /dev/net/tun c 10 200
thats all.
