Why dont you create a backup and try each of them seperately and see how it goes.
and if there doesnt seem to be a difference then use any one of them.

That's the answer I got..
Hey all,
I'm sure just like everyone else I'm sick of the stock lock screen that comes on the Vibrant. Is there a way to change it without flashing a custom ROM?
I'm running Stock 2.1 ROM with the OTA GPS fix.
Thanks in advance!
P.S. COME ON, SAMSUNG! FROYO ALREADY!

Maybe you could go to the question and answer section with your question, or use the search bar?

Well what he said was pretty much true!
You aren't going to always get the answer you want here if you ask something, so live with it.
You would have to edit the android.policy.jar to a SS you would like && you would still have to push that file.. So no, the average person cannot just change the lockscreen. W/O a custom ROM that included it.
Also, post in the right section next time (Q&A)
Thread moved to Q&A.
Wow everyone is so friendly! Actually there is an app on the market called lockbot that you can download that gives you different lockscreens.
There's also Widgetlocker, very useful and customizable. I forget how much it is (less than $2 USD I think) but worth it.
Im looking too! Any good free lock screen apps? Thanks. running rooted stock Rom JI6 update and One Click Lag Fix! Thanks

There are no ROMs that are bug free.
I run GBX0* as my daily.
OMGB is not bad either.
If you have to have dual boot GBX0C is your best bet.

I'd suggest at least reading this book before doing anything, or you're gonna have a bad time.
