The date and protocol version is unknown until someone flashes the rom and updates the wiki. The other info could be wrong as I took it from the NBH file without really upgrading my device.
It's why I asked, pof. Does somebody already installed this ROM ?

Only the extended ROM version is upper than mine : 1.18.256.104

But if some French people could use taskregedit (or some thing else)to see this line before use this new rom:

with my v1605 i could see the vodafone page in 3G (not tv..) but after flashing the rom there was nothing to do.

hi christophe, you can use TRE v 0.90,it's work perfectly with mine, i'm orange user, ça fonctionne tres bien avec le mien, je suis sur orange.

What kind of improvement will bring that update to my v1605?

J'ai deja jonglé entre les roms et j'ai toujours reussi à faire le chagement, simplement si ça plante, recommence et ça va fonctionner

Salut yves, tu peux voir la version de ta rom dans Demarrer/paramètres/informations de l'appareil
Hi yves, you can check the rom version on your phone by going to Start/setting/sytem/iformations (or something like this)

I buy a qtek s200 by ebay and the seller told me i can chang the language with no difficulty but.... after searching in fact the rom of this is in english and i want to have it in french.
So what do i need to do ? flash or not ! and how to do ? and what is the most recomanded rom.

Tu ne peux pas changer "facilement" la langue d'une ROM, il faut que tu la decortique, que tu mettes les fichiers .MUI en francais et que tu la "recortique"
Sinon tu peux toujours prendre la derniere rom en date d'orange et ca te fera un qtek Orange, mais francais ^^

Non, si tu veux le garder en français, je te conseille de garder la version 5 (la dernière 3.6.251 est vraiment stable je trouve...)
Il existe des traductions pour les 6.1 mais il n'y a jamais TOUT qui est traduit... perso, je suis revenu à la 5.0

J'aurais bien aimé trouver une version française de cette rom.
J'ai testé la ROM de Qtek (anglais et français), et la rom ci-dessus est nettement meilleure. (Plus rapide, plus belle, plus tout). Donc même si elle est anglais, je préfère celle là à n'importe quelle autre vieille rom sous WM5 en français.

I wish I could have found a french version of this rom.
I've tested the lastest Qtek Rom (English & French), and the rom above is really better. So even if it's in english, I do prefer this one than an old WM5 in french.

Ce n'était pas une ROM française, mais une traduction (un certain nombre de fichiers à remplacer, qui venaient du HTC Vox il me semble).... mais comme je l'ai dit, beaucoup de choses restaient en anglais...

J'ai extrait la ROM originale avant de flasher mais je ne sais pas comment la remettre en .nbh et personne ne me dis comment faire.

J'ai chercher sur google, apparement il faut decompiler la rom avec une kitchen pour avoir des fichiers oem, et apres tu recompile le tout en .nbh...mais je suis encore plus une kiche que toi dans ce domaine....arf tout sa par ce que la rom ne vibre pas quand je recois un sms !!!! lol monde cruel ^^.

I also tried to recompile the rom, using ervius kitchen.
In fact, there is a function there that is made especially for this, rebuilding a rom with the dumps (raws2nbh).
But when i tried, i got a nbh file that would flash, but not work. It crashed on the very first screen (smart mobility, even before the red text appears).
Some other guys made a stock rom on the planete-htc forum, but i had issues with it (very low storage left).
For the notification issue, i have not received a sms yet, but are you sure in the Démarrer/Paramètre/Sons et notifications, in the Notification tab, Vibrer is on for 'Messagerie: Nouv SMS?

bonjour jais un gros soucie avec un ameo t-mobile x7500 je les acheter bloquer sur IPL1.00 SPL-1.20 olipro on ma dit de prendre la rom d origine mais je ne la trouve plus pourtant je cherche depuis 1 bonne semaine jais trouver des rom officiel français mais pas la bonne en anglais je veux juste qu'il redémarre d'origine win 2005 si quelqu'un un pourrait m aider cela serait gentil car bloquer sur écran tricolore depuis jais essayer mtty voila le résultat donc merci de laide apporter
