But things are not same now. Devices are getting bigger and bigger in resolutions and at the same time finding good wallpapers is getting difficult.

well, the location is: system/etc/customization/content/com/sonyericsson/wallpaperpicker/
But i have no idea if it appears in wallpaper picker as i have never tried.
