Hi there!
My Atrix 4G lately had many problems, the touch screen does not recognize the entire area, the radio have problems and yesterday when I tried to open contacts the error in com.motorola.contacts appears and force the shutdown.
Whats your advice besides buying a new one!

android 2.3.6

i would suggest backing up your contacts and other data, either to the cloud or copy what you can to a computer, and flash a clean rom to get rid of any glitches. should speed up your phone as well.

Unfortunately the CM10.1 don't have stability. Have a nice eye candy.

OTA fix this, but you will need to install it manually (wipe cache and dalvik). Automatic process failed to me...

Bad experience with this ROM. Had to reboot 3 times this morning due to the known sound issue so common with old 4.2.2 ROMs... Really extrange because I thought it was fixed in new KitKat ROMs... :silly:

RC 1.9 works great.

Not sure what all the huss and fuss is about this ROM, I've been running it all day and it works great
My only complaint is slight lag. Other than that I love the idea behind this. Lightweight, but feature filled. Awesome work devs. Exactly what I look for in a ROM

This is usually caused by CR/LF EOL(Windows style End Of Line) in updater-script. Change it to LF EOL(Unix Style EOL) using Linux command: dos2unix updater-script, then re-signing the ZIP, will usually fix this error.

Installed and was horrible
The google Keyboard stopped every 2 seconds.
Does not support the Portuguese(Brazil) language
Display is black sometimes
Not sure why it does that, also, I'm going to take out yahoo aviate. Aviate isnt working at all...to fix the keyboard, reinstall it. It won't "install", but for some reason, I just works. I'm probably going to try something else out, like taking out the odex file, for just that app...everything else works fine. Just try a different launcher. And do the above for the key board. I wish I could test on all phones, but I only have p769...

No, do not dirty flash.
When coming from non sMIUI ROM you should always do a full wipe. Especially when upgrading from v5 !
Center Clock is not available, but you wont miss it trust me ...
So is it same like miui polska edition?.. Coz when i use miui, i don't use the original.. All from polska edition.. But polska don't have ota..

I guess you can choose miui framework from Aroma installer, try it.

Well... Ive been using it for my sm-a500f for 4 days now and the only problem that i experienced is google chrome and twitter force closes other than that its pretty stable for me

So yesterday I installed TWRP through ODIN and then I flashed the ROM (on A500FU).
Everything went smooth, but the Google Play Services keeps crashing after booting up. I tried reflashing the rom, tried different Gapps (PA, TK, whatever), nothing seems to help, and since a lot of apps are using Google Play Services almost nothing works even if I install APK's. Any ideas on what might be the problem?

Hi, my Galaxy A500FU has some problems: sometimes it hangs and does not response to anything while the screen is off and i have to wait a few hours and then it works again.. also it vibrates in standby like it gets an notification but nothing is showing up. it just vibrates and i dont even touch it or getting anything. it is one short vibrate and not the double vibrate like notifications. ive installed it 3 times with full wipe like i should everytime.. i really like it that u make it possible to get cm on a5 devices , but with the newest build 20150829 i get an error while installing (of course i did full wipe before on my a500fu.. anyone get it too?

Should be just fine. Advise to use latest oficial because not being too much over TWRP the last months, on my device tested with latest oficial 3.2.1-0, but think 3.1.1-x should be still up to the work

After this steps if rom does not boot, probably you are encrypted, remove encryption and repeat the steps.
If after removing encryption rom still does not boot, make a factory reset again after flashing rom and gapps, then all will be fine.

You format your data, factory reset does not remove encryption, format data removes

No idea what you are talking mate, brightness bar in this rom is stock LineageOS, never saw brightness bar on bottom over LineageOS.

Need more detail about the error, read all the letters and post what it says, usual prior to the error 7 letters it should have something written.

I also get an error - TWRP-3.1.1-5 TUGA-POWER. (Dirty flash rom - from/over 8.1.0r14 Agent_fabulos)
