You won't get Samsung's multi - window on any AOSP ROMs. It needs the Sammy framework.
Pacman has halo instead. YouTube 'paranoid android' halo and see what you think.

How can I get a galaxy nexus navigaton bar on my galaxy s III without using the custom ROM's? I saw it on paranoidandroid and I'm wondering how get it on XXLIB stock ROM.
it is there in the rom on stock TW, but requires quite a bit of edits. there is a thread around here somewhere. try a search

I am searching a PHONE alternative (one you see during a call) , I really liked Samsung phone but can't find even one replacement (there are ones only for the contacts and dialer).
I wish there was a Samsung look alike phone for AOSP.
I am with ParanoidAndroid 3.15 ROM on i9100.
Also I miss the green highlight on the notification bar during a call.
If someone know how to write such an phone.apk app, I will pay him nicely.

Not a chance to do that ?
You can try exdialer & contacts.. It's a stand alone app but you can set it to default and it works. Looks very nice, miui stile

A good thing about exdialer is the theme support. So there are many different good working themes. I used exdialer a long time on my lg l9 with a holo theme. Works good stable, fast and Battery friendly. The green lighted StatusBar... I have no idea. When i am on homescreen during a call, so i can pulldown the statusbar and can click hang on or can go back to the telephon screen. Thats enough for me. SGS2 - RevoltJB4.3 - android 4.2.2 - cm10.1 and aosp and Paranoid based rom
I want the in-call app replacement, not a dialer replacment like eXdialer etc...

What u r looking probably will require tons touchwhiz framework so run touchwhiz and have it or run aosp and don't thus is ROM world

if you mean the multiwindow that you know from samsung, then it is only available in roms based on samsung.
omnirom, which is not samsung based, also has a splitscreen view, by longpressing an app in recent apps (but also with apps like bubble launcher).
but omniroms splitscreen view is still a bit buggy.
omniroms thread can be found in general section.
an alternative could be, until it is stable, to use a rom which supports halo (it creates a floating window on top of your currently used app)

So I'm currently running Resurrection_Remix_KK_v5.0.7 and the standalone Halo app doesn't work for me. I can pin apps to it, but I can't open them in the little floaty window over another app like I used to. Am I doing something wrong or does this not work with this ROM any more? I should note, Halo notifications work fine.
[Paranoid android ROM is missingtons of features.. What happened to u guys? You guys were awesome. You guys were adding nice and unique functionalities to android like halo, pie, hover . but what happened now. Now the current paranoid android ROM has only theme engine. Why you guys removed all those nice features. Please add some xblast tools features and the floating windows features. And you guys did a great job. Good work. Always liked paranoid android Roms they have very unique and good functionalities.

High Guys does this Rom have lock screen notifications ?

Add USB host mode.
The only thing keeping me back from upgrading from 3.99 to 4.4 is the fact it doesn't have the one feature which I heavily use... The Hybrid engine, that has to be my favorite mod to Android.
I hope you guys release it soon.

The new paranoid android rom which i used doesnt have hover or floating apps. The one with CM theme engine integrated. The main thing which i am missing a lot is the hybrid engine.

If you are running official paranoid android then you definitely have hover and floating apps. Sounds like you didn't turn hover on....
