Yes but follow only smali part of the guide. Ignore xmls edits because they are for hide statusbar. The smali codes are for the finger pulldown movement.
Try and make a bakup first!

That is not what I want. I want the status bar will be the same but in games I want it to appear when I slide my finger from top to bottom.

But in the guide it says "with this(the smali) change the status bar will not have anymore the reserved top space".
But I that it will reserved top space in the homepage and as usually, only in the app-games I want it to not appears but when I scroll down I want it appears..

Now I read all the post and you're right, it uses another system to hide the statusbar.
How does it work: the status bar will still be there. it will be fully transparent, a bit smaller and it will not have anymore the reserved top space

There are mods having a shortcut to 'recent apps' besides settings button in expanded status bar. How do I add shortcut of a user app instead of recent apps shortcut? For example I want walkman app's shortcut there. Is it possible to add it? If yes, please provide a brief tutorial to do so.
Thanks in advance

Thanks for the link. I'l try it out. I don't understand codes I would be grateful if someone could mod my files for me and add walkman shortcut to expanded statusbar.
Here are my systemUI and Walkman.apk
Erm... Does this add the shortcut to the statusbar itself or the notification panel... U can always use widgetsoid for adding shortcuts to your notification panel though

This is a mod I'll be looking into next. In theory you can put any app in the drop-down screen or even the statusbar. But I'm not too sure how. The code for the settings menu and for the recent apps are very different..

This is proving complicated. I don't think it's something we can do just in the xml, I think we need to edit the original java files as well. Which could be fun since we don't have the original java files.
I think I've found a way to put the media controls in the expanded status bar and possibly the actual status bar itself...but I'll take a look at that later. I want to get this mod figured out first.

Hello guyz...
Let me present you Touchwiz UX Jelly Bean Launcher with Black app drawer background and wallpaper scrolling ON...
ONLY FOR JB
I am not a developer...I just changed some values in the seclauncher2.apk and got this. This was developed for those who
1. want scrolling wallpaper
2. and for those who gets annoyed by the transparent app drawer background when white or any faint wallpaper is set as homescreen...
It really gets hard to see the icons and the icon labels when such a whitish wallpaper is set..This is the reason I wanted it...So thought of sharing with u guys
I am posting 3 apks...Wallpaper scrolling is kept ON in all of three apks...If want to disable it let me know...
1. full black background...
2. 75 % black background...
3. 50 % black background...
HOW TO:
Pretty simple...
1. Rename /system/app/SecLauncher2.apk to Seclauncher2.apk.bkp (for backup)
2. Copy the downloaded SecLauncher2.apk in the /system/app
3. Change permission: rw-r--r--
4. Reboot. Thats it :good:
Bugs: You tell me.
Cant say whether it will work on i9070p or not as i havent tested on it yet...but it should work as the changes are not related to OS.
Credits: dr30ma for his tutorial :good: thanks man
Downloads:
1. Full black - 2.68 MB
2. 75% black
3. 50% black

What build is your systemUi.apk based from? I'm setting the build.prop on 240dpi and I got the phablet layout (two columns in setting and extra quick settings, also mutated notification bar - but lost lot of features from the stock xperia keyboard and broke the stock alarm&clock apps... damn). Will it behaves same way with your ui?
Transparent status bar would be nice

This is a mod to add a lock button on the right hand side of the status bar clock, and removes the battery icon.
Simply click on that to turn off the screen
There are two versions, with stock icons remain unchanged and one changed to Xperia style icons.
ODEXED 4.3
Always make a backup
Replace the SystemUI.apk inside system/app
