It is not an i9300, it is a Korean model. Suggest you find a forum specifically for your phone. This forum is for the international model i9300. Checking on sammobile, only Korean firmware is available.

so whats my next step?

Just looking, there is a thread in the general section about rooting/custom roms, etc for your device. I would go to general and search for it.

Did you find the software?

Yes there is a thread for Korean models... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1749214
You have two choices... 1, download official firmware from somewhere like sammobile and installing it or 2, downloading any custom rom for the i9300 and reading up on how to install it on the m440s page of that thread.

As its not a UK phone there will be no UK firmware for it.Will it work in the UK that depends upon basebands and modem.

It's Korean letters btw. You can install UK firmware but you have to run the kernel converter after. I have link to it on my m440s page.

Go to settings/about phone and take note of your baseband. Then Go to sammobile.com and download the latest Vodafone NZ Firmware. It's JB 4.1.2 XXEMA1. Then, as you're a Telecom customer download and re flash you're modem/baseband using recovery.
You'll now have latest official NZ Jelly been and a Telecom compatible modem/baseband
P.S You can use a Vodafone modem/baseband on Telecom without issues so re flashing your old baseband isn't essential. You may get better signal with a Telecom specific (T variant) modem though.

Thank you for your reply
But i am not with vodafone. My phone's carrer is TELECOM NZ. Will it work with Vodafone firmware nz?
Yes any firmware works with any carrier. Vodafone NZ Firmware isn't branded and doesn't contain Vodafone bloat.
You can use the modem that comes with firmware or download T variant modem and flash that.

[Q] Galaxy S2 i9100 Official Android 4.1.2 Firmware

Does any one have the download link for Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean (i9100) Samsung Official Firmware? I flashed a custom rom to my Galaxy s2 without creating a firmware backup so I cannot revert or downgrade to original rom. So I was wondering if I could download official 4.1.2 firmware then I can flash it. One more thing pls: A friend of mine own a galaxy s2 i9100 and it has the same version of firmware that I am looking for, so can I make a backup of its firmware and flash it to my s2 or copy its firmware as a zip file or something.

Sammobile is all you need looking for your apropiate carrier of course.
Samobile requires premium account

No it does not. You only have to register, for free, in order to DL firmwares. Nothing premium required. Stop spreading nonsense.
Also, next parrot who posts 'Go to Samfirmware' to this thread dies. Once was enough, 3 times is ridiculous. What the hell is wrong with you people ?
I thought it was premium ..
Thank u man
