There are two types of bootloops I encountered when I first installed hyperion.
I. Bootloop while using the phone
>my phone would shut itself down and enter a bootloop by itself
Solution:I Installed hell's fusion #50 (very good kernel, I haven't encountered any problem with this kernel and it also has the ability to flash STOCK kernel)
II. Installation Bootloops
>This is very common in most roms, getting bootloop after flashing
Solution I Wiped everything (dunno if dalvik cache included)

b4 install hyperion 8 i format system/data/cache, then dalvik cache n batterystats.bin.....!!

I replaced joycontact.apk and it works
but now i found out that the auto rotate did not work, only in gallery working..
and no HW keyboard lights
im gonna try this later on Xperia MIni.. hope nothing else is broken..

Stuck on kernel logo too. Of course did full wipe before installing, after installing, still stuck.

still didnt boot
and if the above thing also does not work then let the original libandroid runtime be there and replace the init.d folder in system/etc/init.d with this one here.http://www.mediafire.com/?3040nq3o094nht7 extract that zip file obviosuly

I just tested the rom, did full wipe, tried the above steps as it mentioned, replaced init.d folder but nothing again it does not boot...
Well its actually in the CM settings but disabled by default...It's the statusbar which has this feature in CM7

Remove mms.apk.from system/app folder and replace with the.stock apk. Look for one if you have. If not I will give you one.

i prefer manual pressing the button to record..!! So removed it.!

+1 Automatic call recording hona chaiye, we are using some or the other software for recording calls...

I am using it with na1 at the moment..
The phone wud hv stuck on note 2 screen.. just force a reboot thats it..
