Is it possible to root the Archos Arnova ARN7EG2-4GB?
I see this thread is for the GEN versions, though I was wondering if it is possible on the ARN7EG2-4GB version, if so, could someone please link me with a rooting guide.
Appreciated.

Hi,
I have tried all the universal one click root methods to root my Motorola Fire XT530 and nothing seems to have worked.
If there is any alternative way to root my Fire XT530/531 it would be appreciated if you could guide me through the steps. As I am a complete n00b to Android as this is my first android phone.
The phone runs on gingerbread 2.3.4 .
Thank you in advance

I also purchased XT530 few days back and found few issues in it.
1. No option to check system update in 'Settings'.
2. WIFI keeps disconnecting after few minutes and phone connects to GPRS.
3. Internal memory low space error even more than 18 MB free available.
4. No method for rooting.
Please help me if anyone can... this is my first android phone... very disappointed by the above problems.

Vote here for the Fire Xt530 so that we get the attention of developers as this is a very good phone but with very poor software from Motorola !

Hi everybody,
Can anybody say to me how i can root my Dell Venue 8 (32 GB + Android 4.2.2)?
Thanks
There is a way but sadly it wasn't made public and only a few got it. Me and some other members are working to try get something done.
OK thanks
try the method in the root progress thread firstly before asking questions, your venue 8 might be one of the ones that isnt patched yet also download the bluebox app from playstore as that app will most certainly confirm or deny if your tabby can be rooted.
I used the impacter method on mine(straight out of the box-didn't take any updates) and then blocked it from getting updates until we get something for 4.3.

Check out software.intel.com/mdk. Contains instructions on rooting the dell venue8 device and a bunch of tools which will work with this device.

Hi, everyone ~ We produce the one-click root app which very popular in China. So, we want to release it on XDA now. Which forum should we go? Thank you advance~
