I was rooting on ICS beacuse I wanted to flash a custom JB ROM. Everything just messed up. I flashed an incorrect kdz.. Magically my phone didn't brick but now everything is inverted (mirrored). I have flashed several Stock firmwares and the issue still remains.
Is any fix for this? Please help!!

Did you unlock your bootloader yet? There's a thread with the solution to the inverted touchscreen issue: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=40121966&postcount=7
Inverted screen will stay but you can power on the screen and then off upon boot and it will disappear until next time you reboot. If you want to restore everything to normal and don't mind losing your unlocked bootloader you can flash the stock u-boot.img via fastboot. You'll have to google this forum for the file and instructions.

thanks, but how did you manage to do ''adb shell.... typing from terminal? I need root to do this steps.
Root with lelus method then you can fix screen. Can't do anything about it without root.

If your model is LG-P769, please refer to this thread after you have rooted.

You need to get rooted using Lelus method.

So recently I updated to v20f on my P769 using the kdz and I noticed there is no audio control on the lockscreen. What is wrong? I think it was also a custom made kdz and not stock and it also removed my Root access. What do i do? should i just get a 3rd party lockscreen widget or is there another way?

Why dont you just flash back to v20d and update ota to v20f. And then root back by using LGpwn.

I tried but it gets stuck at 15% analysis and says the phone is disconected to the pc but its not. I try to install the drivers but that doesnt help
ok,so i just got the P769 and unlocked the bootloader and rooted and all that. so i tried going back to stock through KDZ and lost root. so i tried to regain root using a guide on this forum saying to use fastboot and i did that and got to the inverse lg logo and now my screen is messed up. not like the "Wonky" type way when you first unlock the BL but on the bottom of the screen seems to be borked now.. any ideas? ive tried flashing the TS cwm fix again and the f20 u boot and nothing...
FIXED!
Why would you want to go back to stock? LOL.
I would use fastboot and use these commands....
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase recovery
fastboot erase boot
Then flash u and x and try to offline flash the kdz.

Well thanks for the reply but I managed to fix it right after posting this.
I wanted stock again to see how the battery actually is but it only lasts me about 6-7 hours if that.
Why would you want to trade!?
Not unlocked!?!?!?
Not unlocked. I've tried everything. My dad is getting the Optimus F6 and I'll be trading phones with him.

Are there any new developments on the P769 bootloader unlock problem? I have tried all the steps, flash V20B, wait 30 mins and adb oem unlock, nothing works. FU LG.
Did u flash the radio.zip from the sdcard files? Did u leave screen on while waiting the entire time?

Yes, I flashed the radio.zip and connected to wifi, but do we need to keep the screen on the entire time?
That's what worked for me first attempt. strong WiFi strong radio
Signal screen on..1 hour..unlock..left phone plugged into PC screen on entire time

Notes It seems if you restore your phone tool using LG update tool .. it relocks the bootloader (assuming) in my case i had done it since 10.1 had BT issues ..went back to stock ..and unlocked it again today This is what you do :
what ever rom your on doesnt matter .
1.first Root the phone many way to root the phone .. then install busybox from market and install CWM (using the L9installer apk..Then enable wifi and debugging mode .also enable touches do these before proceding the KDZ!
Then install
2.then using the V20F_00.kdz your root the phone again like in step 1 install busybox from market and install CWM.then apply the touch screen fix .
You should have a working phone now with radio signal. Then wait about 40 mins then do oem-unlock command .. Note it will not boot into LG logo phone will just reboot .. Then to confirm if the bootloader is unlocked go to S/W mode on top it should say bootloader status is unlocked .just did this and flashed CM10.2
Maybe ill clean up this post soon if its too confusing ..
So what you mean is that it doesn't go into the fastboot screen to unlock the bootloader?

HAHA Yes! But I am going to keep trying. MAYBE I will get lucky? :fingers-crossed:
You know, I just found out that the hard reset might be causing a semi-lock of the bootloader. I'm going to try flashing the kdz twice....ugh.

It means that the euro kdz becomes partially locked at this point. According to what my friend told me, when the unlock command gets sent, LG checks the status of the bootloader. If they notice a semi-lock, they lock it down.
If that's the case, they are so evil.

This is why we want to flash v20a, to try to unlock. Cause we cant enter to fastboot. (just normal reboots.)

Hey there, I'm new to the LG Optimus L9 (P769) community and I don't know if this is normal but I don't remember seeing this when I first turned on my phone. The back and menu buttons blink during boot. Is that normal? The only thing I've done is root and install a custom recovery. It blinks at the LG logo.
That's normal after you install the 2nd init recovery. If you push the vol down button while they're flashing, it takes you to CWM.

Lol I saw people posting around about it. I was thinking of installing that themed ROM for our device. LG sucks lol. Not only you can't unlock the boot loader you can't access it. I'm so use to being able to fastboot boot.img and recovery. I'm kind of confused about something though. When the phone receives an ota , how does it flash it by itself? I know with HTC devices, it reboots to stock recovery and install and I know you can install ruu in hboot.

That's over my head...lol! LG is now following this trend of removing fastboot....how is that following open source policy again?....anyway, if you check the L9 II thread, you'll see what I mean. These evil people also made the Nexus which can be unlocked in 5 minutes and has fastboot. They like getting on our nerves it seems....*sigh*
