Use the file-explorer in root-mode (If it doesn't have root-access you can change that in the settings) and copy the .apk into the system/app folder and set permissions to 644 (xx-x--x--)

Hello,
I want to install the PlayStoreApp. The gapps.zip contains a lot of other stuff like Gmail, GooglePlus, TalkBack etc..
But I want nothing more than the PlayStoreApp (and desperately necessery other APKs).
And I don't intend to deinstall Gmail, GooglePlus, TalkBack after flashing gapps. (too many files and dependences)
Is there a way? Thank you.
Open the "gapps.zip / system / app". folder.
There are 5 files to copy into the smartphone-"system/app"-folder:
1) GmsCore.apk
2) GoogleLoginService.apk
3) GoogleServicesFramework.apk
4) Phonesky.apk (<-- google-Playstore)
5) NetworkLocation.apk (<-- needed by some apps (example: some weatherApps))
for each file set permissions to: drwxr-xr-x
(look at wiki.ubuntuusers.de/chmod to see, what drexr-xr-x means)

Thank you. Do you've read the second posting?
Take a root-file-manager to set the permissions easily.
This is (for me) the best option
greetings : )
Thanks

realy helpful
I don't promise it will work properly , but it worked for me on 5.0.2 and i got NO FORCE CLOSES
1) Go to data/app/[updated app]
2) Copy content of this folder to it's corresponding folder in system/app or priv-app
3) Go to lib folder and set permisions of all files (NOT FOLDERS) inside it to rw-r--r--
4) THEN you can delete content of data/app/[updated app] , remember to leave folder empty .
5) Reboot as soon as possible .
Hope it helped . If yes , hit thanks . And sorry for my english .
Hello everyone.
There is a s6 weather widget make it for A300f . and I think it's works with all versions A3. As long as there have an app AccuweatherPhoneMass2014_amoled_qHD_LMR.apk on system/app
First thing take a simple backup for the old app by rename it and add in the last sentence " .old "
For example : Camera.apk To Camera.apk.old
So you can go back to your app at any time. Only scans added
1- download the app
2- add " .old " to your old app
3- put the new app in system/app/AccuweatherPhoneMass2014_amoled_qHD_LMR/ & set permission rw-r--r--
3- reboot your phone
For change lockscreen icon to S6 or S7 . Download whatever you want
And remove from it the name (S6/S7) let it be like this SystemUi.apk
Now put it in System/priv-app/SystemUI
And set permission rw-r--r--
Report your phone
Don't forget to get backup of your original SystemUI.apk
Sorry for my English language. It's not my first language
Enjoy
For change lockscreen icon to s6 icon . Download SystemUI.apk
