New update to Google Wallet, now supports all versions of android 2.3+
Still need NFC and secure chip for tap to pay.

I have lost my apk for the Discover Mobile app. I can not download it from Play because it tells me my Note is not compatible. Anyone have the apk I can get?

I have all the ones I find link to play store app.
I've had that same issue since flashing ICS. Pretty annoying because I actually use that app.

Is there any way to run Samsung apps on aosp roms? I would love to switch to running tasks aokp or cm9/10 but I would miss some of the apps that I currently have. Specifically the note taking app, s-voice (don't hate), and calendar?

Those apps are made to be universal. Should work on any ROM unless otherwise stated by the OP.

This is probably known everywhere except for this guy, but is it possible to get the "bill to Verizon account" capabilities in the market using a 4.2+ Rom? Does it have to do with the gapps needed for the ROMs?

Our phone doesn't have a secure element, so it will never work, and can not be made to work.

I'm using the one that came on the phone. It say "you need the mobile hotspot feature from verizon wireless to use this feature"

If your using the stock one it wont work try this it comes on almost all ROMs.

You have to be rooted to use any of the tether apps, otherwise it will keep telling you that you need the feature added to your plan.

Pretty much.
The WiFi tether that comes with most ROMs never works for me, so I use this:

It's an extra, paid service from Verizon. If it's not on your plan you can't use it until you add it and pay for it. Or you can root and use wifi tether.
