Root and use mobile odin. It was much easier for me with my CHU i9300. Or Root and flash Wanam's rom through recovery.

I tried to flash I9100 ROM on my SHW-M250S using ROM provided here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1075278, however ODIN always failed when trying complete writing factoryfs.
Please anyone who has experience in flashing I9100 ROM on a SHW-M250S give me a hand here? Or if you have a stock ROM of the SHW-M250S please can you give a copy?
Thank you all so much.
Nvm, successfully flashed using samfirmware ROM.
If you need to flash the stock firmware again, torrents of the stock and latest firmware and kernels are attached.

Hi all,
I know there is a thread having a list of samsung official ROMs for galaxy i9003. My problem is different, I had a custom ROM installed in my phone. Later I downloaded and installed DXKF1 and tried to update it through kies. I noticed in that it is KOR(Korean?) version of the rom. I need an Indian version(INU).
Is there any difference in the ROM itself or is there an option to select different CSC? I need to update the Indian version as samsung has released support for Indian local languages.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I currently have a samsung galaxy s3 branded on at&t running on 4.1.1 (model: SGH - 1747)
However, it does not have chinese language on it and I need to have it installed. After searching the web, it seems the only way is to flash a firmware over it. How do I do this?
I had downloaded Odin and a Unbranded firmware. However I'm not sure if the firmware is right for it. I9300XXDLJ4
If I flash this firmware over my existing at&t branded on, would it work ? Or will the phone not work anymore?
Thank you.
It's urgent.

Frankly, I think that's impossible. I have a Galaxy SIII GT-I9308, which is customed for CHINA MOBILE. When I flash XXELLA and replaced the modem.bin, it seems to be bricked....
DON'T FLASH IT!
You don't have an international i9300 do you! So don't flash it or you will possibly end up with a paperweight

There is a 2.3.4 stock rom for uk/ireland on sammobile.com. I'm pretty sure you can flash it no problem with odin. You won't be able to go to a custom rom afaik because of the different efs version
