Might it be that you mixed up the devices? The quoted thread is for capricorn (Mi5s) and not natrium (Mi5sPlus)

Actually, Capricorn and Natrium are very similar in a lot of aspects.
So no wonder it'll be available on Natrium if it does on Capricorn
