Hi,
I have a neo L since last year. 3 days ago, the battery dropped at 0% when I tried to open it the next morning, I got the vibration like always but the screen stay black.
I already tried with PC Companion to repair it and with Sony Update Service but the screen still won't show a light.
I have no warranty in my smartphone.
Can anyone can fixe this ?

Charge ur phone about 2hours....
After 2 hours,replace ur battery (just take it out about 10second and then putt it again)....
If u still got a problem and u sure that ur phone is still in good condition till the battery get 0%,another option is u can borrow from ur friends or try another battery....
See what happen if ur battery plug in ur friends and if ur friends phone normal maybe it means ur phone not good as before.....
The other side,when ur phone use others battery is normal it means ur old battery is noy good anymore....

Looks like battery problem.
Try another battery,if problem still persists then its a hardware problem.

Try wipe battery cache, then calibrate your battery.
If didnt help try another battery, but if same problem occurs, looks like hardware problem. Im sorry mate.

I just don't understand what do you mean :confuse: "continue to work to restart" it mean boot up and restart immediately? If you repaired you phone and it can't help, you should bring it to SE Service cause it maybe hardware errors. Even if the phone boot up and restart, just repair and it will be OK cause it's sofeware error. Your situation should be hardware...
Sounds like a Battery Problem. Although, with my Motorola Droid X i also have a battery that heats up a lot.
But just to make sure, see if you can find another battery (maybe from another x10) or something, then test to see if the battery does that same. If with another battery, the phone still heats up, then its a hardware problem.
If the phone doesn't heat up with another battery, then the original battery is the problem.
i'm from Egypt too... got my phone stuck at SE Logo but SE service (Delta office in mansoura) gave me a new stock 2.1 ROM...they can calibrate ur battery but i can't affirm they will fix the hardware issue... any way if u have a warranty they will replace ur X10i with a new one.
NOTE:1.they will check ur phone first for 20 L.E (IF U DON'T HAVE WARRANTY)
2.if u have warranty and they told u that they can't replace ur phone cause they don't have any (saw that with my eyes) or any reason just e-mail SE telling them all about that with the name of SE service company and so on(some one said it worked for him and they replaced his phone).
3.if the problem is only a software please refer to the forum (u don't want to be charged 100 L.E if u don't have warranty).
hi everone i have a bit of a problem i have an experia x10 a few monthes ago i was messing around with some of the buttons and i think i wiped everything out in this phone the phone is completely dead it dose not charge ,dose not get reconised wen i hook it up to the pc its just dead wen i would try to charge it it was blinking red and now it dosent do that any more dosent even turn on ! i have read a lot on this site about some posible fixes i have tried flash tool ,pc companion ,holding power and volume power buttons down ,power and back bottons even taking the battery out and and hitting the back botten repeatedly and still nothing !its like the phone dont exist !its never bin rooted or anything eles it was still origal but im not ready to give up on it ! so would there be any other tips ,tricks or anything that anyone could sugest that i havent tried that anyone could sugest to me and help me out i would really be thankfull ! since this phone i have moved to dhd but i still find it hard to give up on this phone ! so if anyone has any other sugestions i would be greatfull can anyone pls help ? thank you !

thanx for the reply i tried again today pluged in the phone with the batterie out and hit the back button about 300 times and the green light came on waited till it went off then put the baterie back in and nothing happend . but on a good note green light did come on even if it was only for about 5 sec
Have u try using PC companion? Many say that pc companion support zone can fix it.. sory for my english

My Device is x10 mini pro (u20i).. All of a sudden the touch screen stopped responding... I thought something it wrong with the ROM. So i tried full wipe.. Then I changed it.. In the end went back to stock using SEUS.. But it's no use. There's no sony customer care in my city. So getting help from them is a no go... What can I do? Can anyone help me???? Plz I bought my phone last October. I don't wanna loss hope with it.........
Mate the flex which goes from motherboard to the display is damanged. Get it replaced from the Sony service center. Do not give it to private dealers as they tend to spoil it.hope that helps you

HI mate, maybe it is too late to reply for this but, i think u can try to repair it using pc companion.. I experience the same problem like u before, but it was because i used a wrong kernel. I mean, That kernel is not suitable for the ROM that im using at that time. So i just flash stock kernel n it work like before.
I tried it... I'm running stock now... Used SEUS... But no use.. I think I've send it to Sony now. My phone started acting weird after it fell on the floor.....
ahh. yeah mate, it seem to be a hardware problem, maybe. my phone also fell down for couple of time. the back cover and the battery ripped out the phone, but luckily, nothing wrong happen. when i put all the thing back and turn it on, i check evreything, camera, signal, keypad, wifi connection etc and luckily all things in good condition..

hi, well, i think tht i have a problem here! i plugged it at night ( 22:00) and unplugged it ( 04 am) but after about 1h:30 it started to charging/discharging by itself! with an annoying bip! with lose of battery bars!!

I think you have a problem with your charger port (please do correct me if i'm wrong.). It did happened to me but after a month It just wore off. I mean, it's suddenly fixed by itself.

u mean the port tht conenct the battery with the phone? 4 golden teeth? yeah, i think tht too, so doesnt have any relationship with the rom installed? cz i use a custum one ! thks for reply appreciate

Please don't underestimate your problem dude.
I am facing the same problem now,
But my situation is worse. I suggest
you immideatly reset your counter,
remove the triangle, unroot your phone by flashing the original firmware and send it to service for repair.
Think about it, after some weeks, if you let it like this you will want to send it to repair but you can't connect it to odin on PC because of damaged usb-port. So they will know that you have been rooted and you will lose you warranty.
That is the problem I am facing now....

I think not. When I was using Litening Rom, I've experienced this. But I when changed to RR, it also gave me the blinking image of the battery percentage. And then one day, it magically vanished like it was fixed. Try using other USB cable. I tried using my moms' and I never saw it again.

hi, well, i thing this prblem happpend randomly : it comes; and goes, i have to pull the battery out and wait for 1 or 2 minutes , then put it again, and sometimes the battery icone doesnt stop flashing but stopped by it self!!.. strange

plug the phone in a chrger.. even though its no led.. 3 hours. then flash a stock kernel using a flashtool. i repeat just the kernel. then chatge again. u will see it charging in kernel mode. adter a full charge flash a stock rom. thats it. hope it helps.. any kernel is good. but make sure its for ur device..

Hi again team mates! still nothing happens. and my phone is not vibrating at all its just red/orange light that display then after maybe 30min-1H of wall charging the red/orange light is out. and still not responding to Force On Button = Power+Volume UP BTN & also it cannot enter in FastBoot. what other fix to this matter? Did you have any vibration when Power + Vol Up??

Hold power key + Vol up for 30 seconds.. phone will vibrate 3 times..
then connect to flash tool nd flash valid kernel
Same as the people says here, you should flash a new kernel for your sola...the reason why your phone wont boot because the kernel is corrupted or invalid.....so you need to flash a kernel the only problem is that you need to charge your phone first.....

You need a way to charge your battery externally, which is i don't know how......Sorry for that.......and yes if only you would know its polarity it could work.....:

yah, thats what im thinking. :l, i charge this phone almost 16-20H but still no luck, no vibration.

yes , thanks for that. but i already done an experimentation on the battery , but still no luck . I charge it almost 1H and 30min. because i found the polarity of the battery of xperia sola. ^ ^ the battery has a legend in the bottom of the wire. , so after that when i connect the original charger there is no light at all even the steady red meaning it's not in drain battery but still no vibration nothing happens. Maybe i will try and wait for 24H to reset/clear the bad memory of xperia sola. right?. hopefully. :crying: , please post other fix that i may try. please.
If you continue ,you might destroy the battery also......so better bring it to Sony centre........(but its still your decision)
