so to begin with ive seen ome replacements that replace the notification bar with one of its own, metro ui being an example, but, i have already downloaded the stoc gingerbread launcher from the market and was wondering if there is a way to get the gingerbread notification bar without rooting or if there is a launcher that replaces the stock bar with it. thanks alot guys

Very nice theme, but I would also like a version without the brightness slider and another smaller battery indicator in the statusbar. I found a little bug and that's the ongoing title text in notification area is black and hard to see, it should be white like the other notifications. But good work mate

I will try to use Xperia Nero statusbar customize mod to remove the brightness slider
EDIT - I tried to use this mod, but it causes so much problems with 30step volume, and you won't get swipe notifications anymore. Suspended, for now.

Thank you! I can't post screenshots don't know why, but the text is black whenever I download something for example. But you're right it's only within certain app's, but when you're updating an app or are downloading something else the text is black.

So as the title says, I want to know if there isn't any type of mod to have the ORIGINAL (not with the clock in the middle and things like that ) ICS status bar for the Xperia Arc, I'm actually using an AOSP theme with an ics status bar but with the wierd clock in the middle of the bar... Do you guys know any mod? (Don't worry my phone is rooted ; ) And that's it!
P.S.: if you could even say me if there is the stock ICS music player from Galaxy Nexus for the Arc it would be amazing!

As the title... i think everybody notice that in many LWW ICS custom ROM, when in lockscreen the status bar can still pull down...
Anyone got solution how to make status bar lock in lockscreen mode? pls help me =)
It's a feature of ICS, if you can't pull it down, it's a bug
It is built so to ICS, in order to improve the speed of opening notifications.
I think it is by default, because I am on stock rom and I can still pull down the status bar while phone is locked.
I think it's the feature from ics. I'm still using ics stock rom

So,I am trying to theme my s3 like the s4 but no succes right now, i tried almost everything in the theme sub-forums but i got errors like on every mod that I flash,or my status bar is not showing.I only want my screen to look like this http://forum.xda-developers.com/picture.php?albumid=7703&pictureid=34799 . Transparent status bar with non-transparent toggles and notification icons,and of course white. The settings menu also white and etc. just like the Galaxy s4. If there is someone who managed doing this already,please let me know how to do it. Thanks a lot !
