An easy non-rootable way to theme and change up the stock rom on the Razr
And if made available on google play with a pro version with root tools, would you purchase to support?
Feedback is appreciated.

Note: This apk was built under the Moto 4.1 framework so the Motorola Jellybean firmware (GSM/CDMA) is required to use this package without any errors. If you use this app in other firmwares, expect FCs. I am able to build T-Settings for other firmware but takes time.
I would like to try that

I designed it bassed off of the looks of the Galaxy S4 android settings (Does not have swipe gesture) and used the Xperia Icon Settings set, I will probably add theme settings later for users to switch icon sets or just make them AOSP and root options for pro users (bring Custom Settings to users who dont want to flash a rom) .
But seeing an interest in this, Il get this to you guys soon as I can. Thanks for support.
when this beauty can be seen on my device ?

Downloaded, installed, looking good,I like the interface :good:
Some settings doesn´t work,when I click on them,they FC:
In the Wireless tab:
Roaming
Signal Strength
APN Controls
APN Config
Data Calls
Field Test
In the User tab:
Setup Wizard
Google Now (I don´t have it installed)
Everything else is working
By the way,I´m on Jelly Bean 982.124.14.XT910.Retail.en.AU IMPROVED LIGHT
This is very nice! Obviously some things force close like some of those listed above, but that's because I'm using the HTC One. Otherwise, it works great! I love the design. My only request would have to be to make it holo so that way you wouldn't have to tap on each of the top tabs. You could just pull left or right. Otherwise I would definitely buy a pro key

Since you own an HTC ONE like myself, you along others will get a special sense sdk based version in the future.
Those recieveing FCs, like i said its rom exclusive to the Catalyst3 rom but available to use at your own choice with the FCs. Will be making special versions and device specific if i get good reviews on this mod.
Make sure to click the menu if u need support or have questions or want to support development and promote.

Nice work!!!
Very nice work here mate. Just give it a try and this is what happened:
-what doesnt work: roaming, signal strength, apn control, apn cofig, data calls, field test, setup wizard (maybe Ive deleted the setup app in system)
-whats strange:the icons especially bluetooth icon. It is blue while the others are not blue, please make the icon either all blue or all white
-what doesnt exist: account settings
-google now works just fine
-suggestions: please make the page scrollable horizontally (eg. from wireless to user)
Wish u luck mate....really like the interface

The blue icon for bluetooth is supposed to be white so (I have 2 bluetooth icons for different intents) it might of picked up the wrong Intent that i intended so il fix that later.
Seems as if this has a positive feedback from only a CDMA 4.1 moto stock or Catalyst3 rom. Figured activities would of been the same for GSM and other related firmware. Ohwell

Good Work.
Tried it on a 4.1 based Custom ROM.
Just a force close at Setup Wizard and the Bluetooth icon. Everything else works great.
I'll certainly support it. Add 'accounts' and scrolling through tabs. It'll be closer to perfection.
Great work! I like this settings. All ready using them in your rom

Introducing me and my new rom:
When I bought my new smartphone I thought: I'll root and flash it. The first thing I didn't like was I had to pay to unlock the bootloader. I can't solve that, I had to pay.
The second thing was that there aren't ROM's based on CM, and I love CyanogenMod Settings.
So I decided to become a ROM developer, just for create a ROM based on CM7.1 with some bugfixes added.
But first of all: known bugs I couldn't solve (yet?)
The camera doesn't work fine (you have to exit camera to change between front and back camera, you can't use flash (althought the torch works) and it doesn't work as well as the stock camera while taking a photo)
Keyboard lights doesn't turn on
Ok. That's all. I have added some bugfixes and some scripts which will
Improve the battery
Improve the speed in internet
Tweak the 3G signal
Increase the overall response
And other minor changes
And I have change it's default theme to make it look a little like htc sense (I love it )
And now, a few screenshots:

I'm imagining what are you thinking: and haw can I get it? (hahaha)
Of course, download it:
Download
And just a last thing: when you turn it on the first time, remember going to Settings / CyanogenMod Settings / Performance / CPU settings and set the Max CPU frequency in 1024 MHz (I have it in 921)
And thats all!!
Edit: I didn't like how the images were...
Edit (2): more explicit changes
Huh?
Havent you tried FXP's rom? Its the official CM7.2 rom....
Anywho... Welcome and happy to see new people becoming dev's
Oh, I hadn't seen it.
Thanks

Hi guys,
currently using FXP52.
How is the battery life compared to it and/or compared to stock rom.
Greetz,
scheich
This rom is for the cyanogenmod kernel. I use the kernel form the last rom, but you can choose...
For me, the battery works during two days, using whatsapp included.
I love need for speed too, i have nfs shift, but i use to play in profesional mode, so i have to brake a lot of times. If you want to play, i'd recommend you to change the screen configuration, but remember change it again after play or use the power button to turn off the screen

Thx man
I had used a custom kernel that naybe had some minor problems now i know that i should use the cm7 kernel
Hey, is it possible that you put the latest fixes from the FXP54 (camera, backlight for hw keyboard, etc.) in your CM7.1?
I am asking because I want to change to this rom as the battery life of the FXP54 is horrible and wanted to test this one out. Will give it a try soon and give some feedback.
Best regards
All the files in your ROM are odexed
I want to install Stock Galary 3D camera, email client and stock keyboard back in System/app folder but due to odex files the installation fails
I tried to use apk with their .odex files too
Ex- i want to use stock conversation.apk so i tried to install it - FAILS
So i used Conversation.apk + Conversation.odex that i created by using Odex-CWM files and put it in System/app folder with proper permissions and rebooted but it was of no use
I need help to install all these stock features ... Please reply... !
Hi, nice to see another CM rom, i hope this one is not so bad as FXP and on sk17i keyboard is working and it's stable? how about battery life? does it last for 2 days at least?
thanks.

All apps in the cm official rom are odexed, so I can't deodex them. If you really want to have an app in system/apps, first install it as a normal app (and you will see that apps from the stock rom aren't compatible with cm), and then you'll see the apk to move in data/apps. Just move from data/apps to system/apps the apk you want to have in system, and then shutdown and restart the mini pro.

To be honest, this is not tablet mode at all, it has nothing to do with silly build.prop hacks.
This is the first and only Android rom to feature true Hybrid mode.
This rom lets you scale and project every app, every widget, even systemcomponents individually.
Remember, android is modular, everything is an app: Lockscreen, navigationbar, dialogs, popups, keyboards, widgets, and your regular apps of course.
Apps have the capability to switch into various designs or layouts according to the device they run on.
This can result in a complete new experience as many apps will transform to the better.
Now for every element that you like chose a mode (PhoneUI, Phablet/Nexus-7UI, TabletUI) and/or a size.
You are 100% independent of the system DPI which runs nicely in whatever value it has been assigned to.
You do not need to boot your phone into a certain DPI. Neither will most of the changes you apply require a reboot.
You will not suffer from the myriads of troubles which normally haunt you under build.prop tablet mode.
Your market, phone, etc. will all work, apps won't shrink on you unless you shrink them yourself.
This project will entirely transform your device, but retain the aesthetics and the feel of your phone.

Notta's PA Rom works and is stable.
I don't see why there is another version of a great Rom. I know the more roms are better but if you going to produce a copy of a Rom, you have to go better and newer version not old. I don't mean to come off as a sick or trolling but I've been running PA since day one and Notta's version is a beast.

That is like saying why so many Sense roms? We already have one.
Why make an ics rom when jb is out?
Some prefer a solid rom and Swiper does update.
Who else is doing that for PA?

So, I noticed there are literally 0 threads on how to enforce the Tablet UI on apps inside of our device. I realize that this may be common sense to some people but I figured there would be SOMETHING. However to my knowledge it is not included in any rom available (other than the new PA rom by -a-, Props to him for making the attempt) that includes a tablet UI of any kind. So here is the very simple method.
Tweaks:
1. Download ROM toolbox LITE
2. Open ROM toolbox LITE
3. Slide over to PERFORMANCE
4. TAP BUILD.PROP Editor
5. Find ro.sf.lcd_density (IN CM10.1 this is set to 213 by default)
6. Change this to 160 to avoid any conflicting issues with the market.
7. Reboot as instructed by ROM toolbox LITe
8. Everything except Status bar will now run in Tablet mode. (im workin on it lol)
9. PROfIT.

Im using his 10.1 and there are no play store issues with tablet mode enabled. Probably just an unupdated OP. This works perfectly, and I will stand by that, I have not had any issues so far with anything I have done and much prefer it.

OK.... Well we have 2 possibilities then. The WiFi firmware is from the developer phone and it's possible it has bands 12/13/14 disabled. Or alternatively we might beef to look at WiFi config and make sure N works. Either way is going to require some testing on your part. Easiest one would be to enable a/b/g on your router temporarily whilst leaving it on channel 13.

Is there any way to make keyboard bigger? I'm running with the default dpi of 360 but would really like to make the keyboard normal size. I'm using SwiftKey.

I haven't used SwiftKey in a while, but as far as I remember, I think there was a way in SwiftKey settings to adjust the key height, for both portrait and landscape modes. If I remember correctly it was in Advanced settings, I could be wrong though.
Woohooooooo! This is what I have been waiting for! Slim Bean was godly on my Galaxy Nexus!
I really want this device to get Dual Boot so we can get both an AOSP and Sense ROM on the phone for easy switching!

Nandroid backed up my TrickDroid ROM and just flashed SlimBean, can't wait to see what its like on this phone
LOVE IT! But for the moment I will be sticking with Sense, just until this is more mature, use my phone too much to run full time

Any other bugs in PAC aside from CM10.2 ones?
Cm10.2 bugs
- cellular signal stuck at 2 bars (not representative)
- worse wifi strength and stability vs stock.
Does it have the RILJ wakelock of Carbon ROM?
Thanks again!
Hmmm...ROM is pretty good. Connection is indeed weaker. I haven't tested much yet as it's half past midnight and I have to sleep

i dont use stock launcher.. i download and use nova as soon as i flash any rom, so i have not faced the problems mentioned above. PAC rom as always bring forth the best cherry-picked features... but just as i've faced before in every PAC ROM (galaxy nexus, xperia z, etc.) system UI keeps crashing at every notification arrival blaming Tyler each time ... perhaps it has something to do with the way i use android... usually at very low LCD density (200) and tablet UI (1000dp) with systembar replacing nav and status bar. so the notificaiton part might be messing things up... its not there when i use the same settings in Paranoid Android, but ofcourse there are tonnes of more options in PAC and that could be the reason for this... but with perhaps Active Disply features like pocket mode n others combined, half the times, i cant use the bloody phone.. i cant turn it back on from sleep because the stupid syetem UI may be stuck in the background and will let the lockscreen be engaged i guess. I end up having hard reboot the phone (press + hold the power button + vol up + vol down) to restart the phone in such situations.. but i've had these problems with all PAC ROMs, and have always ended up moving back to PA or AOKP or carbon for those phones.
Anyway, thanks for bringing PAC to xperia z ultra. the lack of RM choices for this phone was getting on my nerves. hope i get these problems fixed this time around.

looks nice! will flash this afternoon.
thank you bro.
too unstable to use
It looks great and might be more great in the future, but 10/29 version is just horrible.
brightness control in notification bar tile crashes every time i use,
phone call mic often don't work.
etc..
btw thanks for a new rom and I hope to see newer version without crashes and bugs.

This ROM is pure bliss! But unfortunately, I'm experiencing extremely low internet speeds over Wi-Fi in every app. Anything I can do to fix it?
