help me please!!!!! - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone!
I bought a tablet in EXCELLENT BUILD Q8 pandawill.com B76P (allwinner a10, 512 mb RAM, one single camera). Since I bought my daughter (April 2013) has many reboots. I've installed firmware I had seen in a forum, but the screen will be offset by what is not working properly. Is there any firmware that supports this tablet on your website? I've tried two and does not work the wifi or touch. Please someone help me!

Making fun of someone's language is the most cruel activity! I'm sure you understood what he meant by "daughter". If you know the answer, then do so. If not, why don't you move on?

[Q] i-mobile i-style

As a proud owner of i-mobile i-style Q3i, I found out that there is not much talk about i-mobile.
As most of you of course know, i-mobile is brand sold in Thailand. Made in China. Before those were crappy chinaphones, but now getting to be better.
i-style Q3i specs:
4" display 480x800
1GHz dual
3G, 8Mp, GPS etc.
Android 4.04
Price 4500 THB, (110€)
It works quite nice and its fast too. Android is original, not much changes, which is good.
I wanted to say that this root works with this phone, but unfortunately this is my first message and I can not. I would need to have at least 10 messages to post here. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1886460 Maybe I won't never post 10 times here.
Oh, I have one question too. Is this phone sold outside Thailand with some other name? Who in China is the manufacturer?
I was able to use kingroot to root my imobile I-style 218 last week, though I haven't found any custom ROMs for it...also can't get clockworkmod to work. Anyone know of any CM or Slim builds or recovery apps that work? I rooted with the intention of flashing lollipop (currently on KitKat) but can't find anything...there's gotta be some Devs in Thailand to work this out!

Maxsun M81 Tablet Rom

I bought Maxsun M81 Tablet Pc from ownta.com in 2012. Sweet device but no google market and awful, slow performance.
I have been searching for 2-3 months but no custom or new official rom. Finally I found that Maxsun M81 and Teclast P85a is absolutely same device like a twins.
And I tried Oma's "RK2918 Tab Odys-Loox rocks with ICS". Wovvvvv my tablet shines. Now I have only some screen rotation problem. The other all things including wi-fi, camera, etc are working well without problems. Finally I have google market. I dont know why but now screen contrast and color depth are better. BTW tablet performance is considerable increased. I will try other Teclast P85a compitable roms. And I will write results here. Maybe it may be help other Maxsun M81 owners.
Thanks.
Hello from Greece,
I am an owner of a maxsun m81 tablet. First of all, thank you for your info... it will be really helpfull. But there are some things i would like to ask you. Have you triyed any rom over 4.0.4? Have you found any site/link of the manufactor? I m triying to find anything "official" but there is no such thing... something else, did you have problems with your wifi connection? Mine is falling all the time. Something else i would like to tell you is that here in greece this model is under brand name (turbo x spice iii) and there is no way to get any update/upgrate from the company that sells it as that....... i would like to have an official update from maxsun but i am afraid thats a dream....

Rooting a K-touch V8 Smartphone

I've recently purchased a phone from China( K-touch V8 Smartphone Tegra 3 Core Quad Android 4.0 4.5 Inch Gorilla Glass Screen 3G GPS 16GB - copy+paste of the order).
So far so good. The problem is I can't install Google Market, nor does it have one already install. So I thought I'd root it. Literally the only relevant thread I could find was on these forums. I'm new to rooting and smartphones in general so half the things I read there, I didn't understand.
Long story short, how would I go about rooting?
You can find some screenshots below. If you need any other info let me know.

You could try binary4 method . That's how I did my blu quattro 4.5 hd . Just google search binary4 root method z1 . Used version 15 . Before you start make lockscreen pin .

[Q] Alcor Zest Q933R

Today I came across a (for me) new name of tablet PC-s: ALCOR.
Anyone heard of them? I couldn't find a single info when searching for them on XDA
So, the device is this one: ALCOR ZEST Q933R
It costs about 1600 kn in Croatia (around 210€), and I know that a Nexus 7 (v2) is only a few € more expensive, but, take a look at this one's specs:
4x1,5GHz (Cortex A9), 2GB RAM, a 9,7" IPS screen with a 2048 x 1536 resolution, 32 GB built memory + MicroSD support.
What do you guys say? Any good out of this one?
BUMP
BUMP
BUMP,.,
anyone?
BUMP again x)
anyone?
hi!,
we have this tablet in Spain, it's called Woxter 97Q here, the brand is Woxter,
they are rom compatible, we (users in htcmania forum) upgraded from woxter oficial 4.1 to this rom Alcor 4.2.2 and work perfectly,
months later Woxter update to 4.2.2 but some users as myself are still using the Alcor 4.2.2
I've tried to investigate a bit to cook a newer rom but my knowledge is far away to get this, haha
let's see if we can update it a bit more!

Porting rom to tablet?

Hi
This is more of a repost from one i made on cyanogenmod forums yesterday, but there have been no response so i hope someone here knows. as im getting desperate.
Been looking around trying to find a way for me to get cm12 on my lenovo tab
I have no idea on how to make my own rom from source, tried watching youtube vids with no more knowlege, feels like i have less to be honest :/
Been looking at some videos for porting roms, is this something anyone got any experience from?
Is it so that i just download any rom, make a back up rom from the tablet and copy the files from the vidoes like they do an ill have a tablet runing cm 12 afterwards?
Or is this a dead project?
Not i cant really afford a better tablet atm, had a nexus 9 but sold it to buy this and get my car fixed :/
My tablet is a lenovo tab rooted with stock rom
Lenovo Tab 2 A10-30 10*
tb2-x30f
Ram:
2gb DDR3 Onboard
Processor:
Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (Snadragon 212 APQ8009, 1.30ghz)
Chipset:
4x Cortex-A7
Graphic:
Adreno 304
Resolution:
1280 x 800
Sound:
Dolby Atmos
This stock rom is sluggish, android 5.1 i think, atleast its a 5

No that doesn't work. You have to have a kernel that that works for your device and to be honest with that chip set you will be hard pressed to make it work.
that sucks, as im not good with these things i really got no hope then, guess ill just have to wait and hope someone else has this tablet and knows a fix.
Sucks to have a crappy tablet the next months

Hi,
I'm also frustrated by this tablet, mainly because the multi-user option is disabled After fooling around trying to "fix" this option, it is now stuck in a bootloop
Wipe data/factory reset in the recovery does not resolve the problem
Were you wise enough to store the original ROM file? If so, could you publish it?
Thanks in advance!

Also the specs and kernel 3.10.49 are the same as the Yoga tab 3
http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/Lenovo_Yoga_Tab_3_-_10"_-_YT3-X50F
could we just use the same process?
