[Q] Installed font from font installer and now phone won't boot - AT&T HTC One (M7)

Just installed a custom font via font installer, it didn't finish, and now my phone won't boot. Is there any way I can push the stock fonts via recovery? Or will I have to just re-flash?

Fixed it by reflashing

Stuck at yellow triangle..

Hi,
I've flashed the official MIUI ROM. And I've tried to replace the standard arial.ttf and arial-bold.ttf in system/FONT with a other font but with the same name. That didn't work as planned so I changed it back to the original fonts which I backed up before. The strange thing is, when using the standard theme, the font does not work in settings menu e.g. So I decided to delete the arial and replace it again, but after deleting the fonts the phone shut down and now it's stuck at starting up, it shows the yellow triangle and it just stays there.
So.. it won't start up because it's missing the arial font.
How do I fix this?
Thanks in advance!
Reflash the ROM.
Either via Odin or CWM, w/e form the ROM comes in.
Do I have to do all the wipes again? As in data/factory, cache, dalvik and format system?
If you flash the same ROM you had before, you usually do not have to do the wipes.
That worked, thanks for your help.
To bad that tutorial on how to change font in MIUI brought me to this. But thanks again.
Not a whole stock ROM, only a stock kernel.
Then flash your custom kernel back via an app running on the phone, that doesn't trigger the triangle.
Check my kernel post (link in sig), there is a short and quick way described on how to do that.
Nope, if you flash via CWM or an app, no triangle.
The yellow triangle is only triggered when you flash a non-stock kernel via Odin and downloadmode.

[Q] Restore Recovery-Mode?

Hello,
I patched my kernel & installed Rom Manager on my device for installing a costum firmware. That worked well. After I installed the rom manager on my new firmware, the recovery got crashed.
I can boot my device in the normal mode, but it's not possible to get it into the recovery mode. Well. I want to install a fix and I need the Recovery Mode for it.
Is there a way for restore the Recovery-Mode without deleting all user-data?
Thanks.

[Q] installing a zip file over adb on SXS?

Hello,
I need a method to install a zip file on my Rom without using the built in Aroma installer, because I got an error.
I know that the patch should work with the standard cwm installer.
By installing the Freexperia CWM but it also wants to start the aroma installer
trying this way stops in a menu with a green android boy with an "!" triangle.
my Specs
SXS with Doomkernel and the xperia sspeed rom
up
deleted
why deleted?
I already managed it.

Installed bootanimation and now it's bricked?

UPDATE: OK I re-installed the Omega ROM again and the default custom animation is running, looks like it will be OK now, so I won't bother trying to change it to a custom animation. I will update post if it doesn't work. Thanks!
I thought I had to install a custom boot animation via CWM.
So I did after I installed Custom Boot Loader via CWM aswell
It said Installation Aborted in the log and when I rebooted, it has a TINY DOT on the top left of screen and rest is black.
I read on Google that to install a custom boot animation I need to rename the file .zip correctly and place it in a folder.
Obviously I did it the wrong way by using CWM!

[Q] huawei ascend g510 Bootloop after installing font

Hey,
I've rooted my phone succesfully, but I haven't unlocked the bootloader of it. After setting a new font using the app Font installer which is root-required, I had to reboot my phone to apply the font. But when it was about to boot my phone it got stuck at the Vodafone bootanimation. I don't have any backups installed on it, no clockworkmod, my PC doesn't recognize it through a USB cable. I know pretty much about Android OS but not about rooting, flashing and stuff. I think I have a SD card somewhere, so I could use that maybe.
Things I have tried so far:
- Rebooting into recovery mode ( not cwm recovery, but android recovery mode 3e or something ) and then factory reset/wiping data and wiping cache.
Yeah that's it, I really don't know any options.
Any help please?
Thanks!
