go download any chinese font, and rename it to DroidSansFallback.ttf, then copy and paste it into /system/fonts, reboot, there you go~

No , probably not on stock. I dont think you can add languages in the stock ROM.. but you can install fonts on your ROM if you have root. Try your luck with Font Installer

I habe done a root .... This mean that my rom is custom now
If there is a langauge pack for my devise it will solve the problem but i did not find any one unles for galaxy young .... When i flashed it my device did not work and restart many times without open
If some one know how to make a language pack or have one for my device it will be ok

This custom rom has Hindi choice and its one of the best customised rom: LegoIce_NiteMare_Trix_3D_UI [SMOOTH ADVANCE UI]
I will try.
But my question is can we install system language in other roms via patch or other method?
If yes, how.
In which system file or folder we can find the information about languages installed with rom.
