Guys pls help me.
I have installed rom on this device. Rom was great.
The only one problem is that my sim card not working.
I typed *#06# but there isn't any imei number.
I think that i deleted that imei file.
On the back side of my phone, under battery i can see imei code. But system can;t reconize it.
If u can help me to fix this problem.

I join the thread, I have this on Lenovo A660. How to recover IMEI, I cannot use any network SIM card.
I had this problem too but I had a backup of my imei so I could restore it with mtk uncle tools. Maybe if the imei is written on the back of the phone or somewhere inside of it you could edit an imei backup so you could restore it.
Yes, but how to do it? Of course I have IMEI nr of the phone.
You will not find any help here on this. The only way XDA supports on fixing an IMEI is by restoring a backup that should have been made before doing anything to the device.

Hi every body... This my first participation here and i don't know if it is the right place to share my problem with..
But i hope you help me with it.. So here it is: my friend install a new rom for my sony z2 but i think he did it in a wrong way cause after that there was a message tell me the the software update had failed.. So i didn't know what should i do.. And i tried to fix theat issue using pc comopanion and it seems that fixed the problem until i login after it finished to find out that the phone lost its imei number and i can't enter to my mobile network at all .. ie no signal and mobile not recognize sim card... So how can i fix this damm problem.. ?? i still have imei number on word file if this can help..

I think your friend should install z2's original rom then it may be fix . Most probably your new rom has bugs so phone does not recognize your sim card .

I have a Huawei honor 3c and i have installed a custom rom. Now the problem is that, The sim cards are not being detected. I can see both my IMEI Numbers but the phone shows No service. I even dont have a nandroid Backup.

Such as mtk engineering mode not shows cda information
Iemi writer need db file and i didn't found it

its the same for me... the imei comes in the sticker attached to the phone when you buy it... i also have nv data corrupted and stuck in recovery...
