Must one have the SDK set up properly first? Like adb fastboot and paths set up first?

No, on first start the toolkit automatically asks to download the necessary ADB and Fastboot files. Getting the toolkit working requires no work on your end.

Wow! Awesome work my friend! I will be needing this shortly to root a friends phone. Thank you for sharing.

If you're referring to gaining S-off with this tool, yes. Otherwise you can also use this tool to unlock the bootloader.

Just downloaded, for future reference.

Updated to version 1.1! Added instructions and another method for S-OFF. Hopefully this should fix any issues people had with attaining S-OFF.:fingers-crossed:

If this works, I think Mr wager would be quite impressed

Support for our tools is via IRC channel #unlimited on freenode ONLY. If you do not have an IRC client you can use this link.
We DO NOT provide support, instructions, or downloads via XDA. Please see our website: http://unlimited.io
Using how-to guides, "kits" and using other instructions on XDA to S-OFF your device is not recommended and will not be supported by Team Unlimited. If you want the best experience and results - go direct to the source. Dealing with support issues through the forums is inefficient and posts may get lost in long support threads, of which we would have too many to actively monitor. We have therefore decided that all support should be through our IRC channel. This will allow us to help you in real-time and through the whole process.

Curious about the ability to do this after running the HTC unlock as well...
Worst case relock it then run it. I'll test it later (I'm HTC unlocked) unless someone beats me to it.
Won't run on linux. Just get "FeedPanda: 1: FeedPanda: Syntax error: "(" unexpected"
Suggestions?
EDIT: On 64bit need ia32-libs. Forgot, this is a clean install from a few hours ago. Just advice to any 64bit linux users trying this

According to their website:
"An unlocked devices in NOT required but is supported."
So it should work locked or unlocked. Again, I'll test it later.
So is this a different way to unlock our bootloaders without going through HTC and voiding our warranty?

[MOD | S-OFF] Remove Red HTC Developer Splash Screen Text

Description
Please read this entire post before attempting to flash this zip!
Be sure to read Post #2 as well
Flashing this zip REQUIRES your device to already be S-OFF.
This PJ75IMG.zip removes the following text from your splash screen:This build is for development purposes only.
Do not distribute outside of HTC without HTC's written permission.
Failure to comply may lead to legal action. This process (flashing a new bootloader) is dangerous and may possibly brick your device if done incorrectly. You have been warned.
Warning
As per LazyPanda's warning:This zip comes with NO WARRANTY (express or implied), and NO GUARANTEE OF FITNESS for any particular task. I have made every effort I can to make this a safe process for users however the author disclaims any liability for damage to your phone or other materials or devices used during this process. The entire risk of flashing this lies with you, the user. By downloading and/or flashing this you acknowledge and accept that the author is not liable for any loss, material or otherwise howsoever caused.Usage
Place the PJ75IMG.zip on the root of your external sdcard. (Copy it right onto your sdcard, not in any folder)
Reboot the phone into the bootloader by either:
Powering off your phone completely, then hold Volume-Down and Power until the phone boots into the bootloader
If you have the android sdk set up, type 'adb reboot-bootloader'
Use my RegawMOD Rebooter
Then select the menu option "Bootloader" and press the power button.
If you rebooted the manual way (Volume-Down + Power) You should already be at this menu
It will load the PJ75IMG.zip from your sdcard and ask you to accept the flash.
Press Volume Up to flash
Once prompted, press Power to reboot
Pro-Tip #1 (thanks dsEVOlve): Remove the PJ75IMG.zip from your sdcard so it doesn't load next time you enter the bootloader.
Live Support
Join #RegawMOD on freenode for live support from me (regaw_leinad) or many other users.

EDIT: Can someone (that's S-OFF) run the RUU and post what it says? Locked I would assume. But still S-OFF? Like the 3D you had to run a command in fastboot (or adb, i can't remember) to get it to say S-ON after running revolutionary.

Its pretty self explanatory. Copy the zip file to the root of your sd card (not in a folder), reboot into your bootloader and the phone pretty much takes it from there.....

With supercid (all ones) you can install RUU from different One versions, also downgrade firmware. You could install the DEV edition ruu on an ATT phone for example. The RUU checks the cid to make sure you are installing the correct software for your version. Supercid fixes that..

No, writing SuperCID won't have any affect to your phone's internal storage, system/data partition, or any other part of your phone other than the CID. Also, I'd like to know how you achieved S-OFF since there is no known way of attaining for HOX+ as of yet.
