Hey so I have a t-mobile galaxy s2 running android 4.3 using cm10.2 though here is where my problem lies. For some reason out of nowhere certain games just wont play. Like the app begins to open but then just goes black. For example I'm a big fan of subway surfers but my phone will only run upto version 1.11 and nothing higher ... is there anything i can do to fix this? help so i can continue to kick my friends butts in the game lol

After playing some games like Let's Golf 3, Dungeon Hunter 2, Riptide GP,
Shadowgun, PES 2012 and TinTin the Game shut's himself off.
And it's closing with no message at all.
Just playing and then Boom, black screen and then it's going to home screen.
Anyone else have or had this problem?
I think you have a version of the game that is not for your phone !
If you have download the games from a website for free so thats it but if you bought them i don't know what is the problem

You mean TinTin quits to a black screen all of a sudden, or do all of them? Also, does your phone get hot to the touch?
I can't imagine you having bought all those games, but that's not what we're here for. Although it could be a good reason of games not working correctly because the APK you downloaded was not supposed for the SGS2.
The gameloft games are sgII versions the other ones are non tegra. But I think that
its related to many in and unstalled kernel tryings because when I firstly installed
checkrom fresh with speedmodkernel 13 everything was ok but later on I OC and Uv
and tried mAny kernels and sinds then it was happening.
Maybe someone had it to... but its ok i still can play those games and it saving auto.
When i finish these games then i do a fresh install again.

Quick question on gaming on the Droid RAZR. I've installed a few games on mine and on a couple of them, there seems to be an occasional lags.
Specifically on Fruit Ninja and Dragon, Fly!
It lags once every 10 seconds or, and when it does, it just freezes the screen for 1 - 2 seconds
Funny thing is, it doesn't seem to do it on, say, BriskSaber, which is pretty much Fruit Ninja with higher graphic and star wars skin... I also have Wind-up Knight which has awesome HD graphic and it never lags either.
I tried turning off data, background update, Wifi, even put it on Airplane mode.
Anybody ever experience this? Any help?

My friend is having the same problem, with Fruit Ninja and Go Ninja, sometimes the phone starts to lag. Does anyone know what could it be?
I've noticed that the .211 ICS update has caused some stuttering in games that didn't have it before. On the .214 leak, this seems to have cleared up.
I'm on the same leak as you and I've had no problems running fruit ninja or any game for that matter. I'd double check to make sure you don't have numerous apps running in the background. Download setCPU and set the governor to hotplug because the leak I'm on defaulted the second core off (no idea why)
I play games a lot and just recently I purchased Grand Theft Auto Vice City and when I start playing it after out load, it eventually freezes and I have to pull the battery in order to gain control of my phone again. Anybody else out there get this game to work? Not sure if it's a rom or kernel problem but I did just pay a good chunk of change for this game lol. I'm running Tron 2.1 with his stock kernel. Hey everyone, my little sister just got a arnova childpad for her birthday. Everything works ok except I don't have access to Google play which I'm not fussed about because I just use apitode. However when I try and download subway surfers it dosent work. The splash screen comes up but then the app just closes. It dosent even load. I have tried every different version and they all do the same, I even tried armv6 version but still no luck. Can someone help as my little sister loves this game and it always playing it on my dads GS3.

Today, i downloaded the Angry Birds: Star Wars 2 to my Galaxy Y. Everything is worked fine in the install, and in the launch too, but i have an problem. After is start the game, i get an error massage: DEVICE NOT SUPPORTED. This Games is Not supported by this game, BUT!! The game is running WELL in the background, i hear the sound, and i see the main menu on the background. (In short:i think the game is works well in this phone, but the annoying error massage keeps me cant play, after i press: Ok-Button, the game will exit.
-So how to fix this? I dont know. I hear from somebody (hees tell me a hotfix), we need to change something in Build.prop file, but i dont know to how.
-My Phone Is Rooted!
